Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
La prise en charge et le retour sont assurés depuis les hôtels de Nadi/Denarau/Coral Coast (jusqu'à The Warwick Fiji). REMARQUE : Cette excursion part de la jetée Robinson Crusoé, située à Natadola, à 1700 heures, donc la prise en charge de votre hôtel / complexe touristique commencera au moins 2 heures avant. L'heure correcte de prise en charge sera conseillée au moment de la réservation, assurez-vous donc d'être prêt dans le hall de votre hôtel au moins 15 minutes avant l'heure de prise en charge donnée. Si votre nom d'hôtel/complexe touristique n'est PAS fourni au moment de la réservation et que la visite est manquée, AUCUN remboursement ne sera fourni. De même au retour, selon le complexe touristique où vous séjournez, il faudra compter env. 2h de retour.

- Lovo et d'autres articles de dîner peuvent être substitués à un dîner de barbecue si les chiffres ne sont pas atteints.
- La direction se réserve le droit d'annuler la visite si le nombre minimum requis n'est pas respecté et / ou en raison de conditions météorologiques défavorables telles qu'inondations, cyclones, etc.
- Emportez avec vous un insectifuge, une carte de paiement / de crédit pour les achats en option et un appareil photo.
- La carte de crédit entraîne des frais supplémentaires
- Tour part de Robinson Crusoé Jetty, qui est situé à Natadola, à 1700hrs et vous passerez environ 4hrs sur cette île. Veuillez noter que cela n'inclut pas l'heure de transfert de l'hôtel continental. Les ramassages à l'hôtel commenceront environ 2 heures avant le départ, en fonction de l'emplacement de votre hôtel et l'heure correcte de ramassage sera conseillée au moment de la réservation. À votre retour à Natadola Jetty, le transfert de retour à votre hôtel peut prendre environ 1 à 1,5 heure, toujours selon l'emplacement de votre hôtel.
- Veuillez être prêt à la réception de l'hôtel 15 minutes avant l'heure de la prise en charge.
- Si le nom de votre hôtel/complexe n'est pas fourni au moment de la réservation et que la visite est manquée, aucun remboursement ne sera accordé.
- Un supplément carburant de 15,00 FJD par adulte et de 7,50 FJD par enfant (4 - 12 ans) s'applique et est payable directement au comptoir Robinson Crusoé lors de l'enregistrement.

Such a magical experience! Everyone was so friendly, dinner was delicious, and the cultural show was amazing!
Wonderful experience. The food was delicious. The singing and dancing were great. The views were amazing. Well worth it.
I arrived early and waited but no one contacted me. Then I was informed that the driver had already left. This is extremely frustrating.

To properly investigate what happened and understand why driver left without picking you up, could you please provide a bit more details about the situation. At first we thought oh this is not going to be bad weather and too much in a boat that is half in the water But was super well liked
The travel to and from this tour is quiet long. I don’t think the activities were organised well. I did not realise the fire walking was going to be at the Lovo site before dinner. I was also expecting markets, not just one stall. Prices were insane on the island. The dancing was fabulous, the island beautiful and I’m happy I did the tour. The lovo food is something to die for.

I’ve never left a negative review before, however we were highly disappointed with this tour. We were looking forward to the activities listed on the itinerary such as weaving, coconut demonstration, crab race, and the ancient pottery site visit, however, NONE of this was offered. When we arrived, we were shown the ‘activities’ on the chalkboard and then left to our own devices. The weaving and coconut demonstrations were completed while we were on the village tour - why put this on the itinerary if it’s going to be at the same time as another portion of the tour? All we had available was the snorkelling which was at the same time as the nature walk (no ancient pottery site), so we were VERY bored all Day. Lunch was not a ‘tropical bbq’ - it was fried rice and potato salad with chicken. No serenaders or song during this either - just a speaker. Also, the ‘crab catching’ is watching your tour guide pull up crab traps that were already there - nothing for guests to actually do. All there was to do was sit on the island and swim. If I wanted to sit by a beach, I would have stayed at my resort for no extra cost! This long day was not worth it in the slightest. We had wished we just did the evening show. The facilities of the island were quite run down. We tried swimming in the pool but it was filthy with scum and mould. The change rooms were also quite dirty. The resort general manager was also there (I think her name was Margarita) and we witnessed her being quite rude to staff members. The other staff were so lovely & welcoming. On a positive note - our tour guide during the village, Sam, was AMAZING! He was knowledgable, funny & did absolutely everything!! He did the village tour, nature walk, was the emcee of the night, did fire walking, and the dancing all night! He was absolutely incredible. I hope they’re paying him well for all these 12 hour days where he’s working nonstop! The night portion with the lovo dinner and performances was outstanding!! This almost made it worth the 6 hours we were bored on the island. The dancers were phenomenal and it was truly spectacular.

This was unique.. kind of a long evening . The transport was a little long meeting up with other buses and transferring . The cruise portion was calm. Weather was on our side . The show was very nice. The cultural rituals was beautiful. The food was not our taste. Nice people. Beautiful pictures. It was a long evening .

This was a wonderful tour. Had a transfer from the coral coast and were collected on time for a comfortable ride through. The cruise along the river out to the island takes around 40 minutes but is quite scenic and ours was a peaceful and pleasant ride. Upon arriving at the Island the activities commence. There are few moment to explore the beach before the welcome Kava ceremony. The lovo oven is then unearthed and the fire walkers show their skill, accompanied by the history and cultural traditions behind it. There is then a beach bonfire before dinner is served - great traditional meal with plenty for everyone. Then the highlight of the evening commences, with the dancing (group of 8) which engages with the audience and you can tell is done with passion and pride for the cultural heritage it represents. The fire dancing is spectacular - and certainly requires some strength for some of the arrangements. Thoroughly recommend for all - families, couples or the solo traveller.

Such a great opportunity to experience something a little different. Quite a journey to get there by bus being able to see villages and schools as we passed by. Then the boat trip and beautiful island setting which was awesome.
