Cracovie : Visite guidée de l'usine de Schindler

The guide was superb, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. The tour was very informative and interesting.

The guide was excellent, very knowledgeable. Would advise trying to get on a small group tour as some of the rooms were small.

What a tour! And not what we were expecting. Not only did we learn about the true schindler (we have not seen the movie) but we got an amazing tour by a very knowledgeable tour guide (I believe his name was Tomas) about the history of WW2 and how it affected the everyday people. He added his own memories and opinions on such things and it was a breath of fresh air to hear this unfiltered and to the point. He was engaging at all times and we were never rushed. If you are lucky enough to get to go with this tour guide, get ready to absorb his knowledge. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Would recommend. About 1.5 hour tour explaining nazi occupation of Krakow and Schindler’s role.

Very informative visit - our guide was first class.

The factory was good but the tour felt very rushed and weren’t given an opportunity to actually read anything. Also too many people on the tour so was difficult to be in the same parts of the museum that the guide was talking about. Would rather have done it self guided but some of the extra facts/explanations were interesting

This is a guided tour of the Schindler museum, which sits at the site of the original Schindler factory, which has since been torn down. Only the original administrative building remains, which is where the museum is housed. The museum is less about Schindler himself, and more about the Nazi occupation of Krakow during the time of Schindler's factory operation. You do visit Schindler's original office. We were happy we chose a guided museum tour rather than a self-guided tour.

If your expecting to learn/hear more about Oscar Schindler and see his factory be prepared for a dissapoinment. The exhibits inside of the building are about Poland/Krakow in WW2, the Nazi occupation, persecution and Holocaust which was very moving, but very little about Schindler himself, factory or his workers. Tour guide was informative, but kept talking about his own families experience and came across as a bit egotistical. Tour should be renamed as "Poland and Krakow in WW2"

We did find the tour very informative but it did start late which appeared to put pressure on the guide. She was, however, very professional and made the tour very interesting. We did feel the number in the group was too large as the rooms we visited were very small and there were a few other groups going round which made viewing of exhibits difficult.

Excellent historical tour outlining Krakow and the Jews. The description of Schindler and his about face was well told. The photos and artifacts were well displayed.
