Après le rafting en eau vive, vous obtiendrez une serviette propre et une bouteille d’eau, et nous vous emmènerons dans un restaurant local pour un déjeuner de style Costa Rica Les visites quotidiennes partent à 08h30 de La Fortuna pour notre Class IV White Water Rafting Adventure sur la rivière Balsa et comprend le transport aller-retour des hôtels locaux de La Fortuna, tout l'équipement, les guides, les fruits sur la rivière, les serviettes, l'eau, et le déjeuner costarien. Nous revenons à la ville de La Fortuna à 13h30. Cette visite est appropriée pour toute personne ayant 12 ans et plus.

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
- Des chaussures à bout fermé sécurisées sont requises pour le rafting (les tongs ou les crocs ne sont PAS AUTORISÉS). Apportez des vêtements confortables pour se mouiller et bouger en pagayant, et aussi des vêtements de rechange. - Assurez-vous de vous présenter à la réception de votre hôtel ou du lieu de prise en charge au bon moment. Guides et chauffeurs n'attendent que 5 minutes au maximum après l'heure de prise en charge. Si vous n'êtes pas sûr de votre heure de prise en charge appelez ou envoyez un message whatsapp au + 506 89342626. Veuillez noter :"Heure de prise en charge" désigne l'heure à laquelle nous venons vous chercher à l'hôtel, "Heure de début" désigne l'heure à laquelle la visite commence à notre bureau. Le service de prise en charge est inclus UNIQUEMENT pour les hôtels situés à 5 km autour du parc central de La Fortuna. Nous n'offrons PAS de service de pick sur Airbnb, mais vous pouvez conduire ou prendre un taxi jusqu'à notre bureau principal à La Fortuna, où nous offrons un parking sûr et plus d'installations.

We had an amazing rafting experience! I was extremely nervous about the condition of the river with all of the recent rain. This company was very serious about safety. They had safety kayaks assess the river prior to departure and accompany us all down the river. Our guide Carlos Gonzalez was incredible - he was very safety focused but was also very entertaining and fun. We saw a couple sloths, various birds, iguanas and more. The rapids were fast and thrilling. We had a great snack of fresh pineapple and watermelon and a delicious traditional costa rican lunch at the end of the tour. Would highly recommend!
Top activity, everything was well organized to perfection. Everything was very safe so we never felt unsafe even in class 3-4 water with 4 children. Nice photos that can be purchased afterwards for a fee.
We had a great time with Braulio. A super fun guide who was full of energy and kept us amused. He also kept us safe! It was a great rafting experience with some challenging rapids but that's what makes it fun.
We enjoyed our rafting experience so much. Our guide Carlos was great and made the experience extra special. Arenal rafting did a great job of elevating the rafting experience with animal spotting, fruit tasting, and a authentic Costa Rican lunch. 10/10 would recommend to book your white water rafting trip through Arenal Rafting
The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Our tour guide Joseph was amazing explaining everything and don Henry in the bus was amazing.
Travelers should expect courteous, friendly, and professional staff. They should also expect thrills and possibly spills along a beautiful scenic river/s. I should also remember the banks of the river are alive with nature. Expect to see slough, birds, and monkeys. Fresh pineapple and watermelon accented the break along the riverbank. Kudos to team Joseph, David, and William!
Absolutely incredible! The guides were amazing and informative. They pointed out wildlife and taught us about the local culture and had so much to tell us. The actual rafting was gorgeous and thrilling and has been by far the best activity we have done. By the end it was like we were one giant family and I would 1,000% recommend this to anyone visiting La Fortuna.
We were very excited to do this activity but unfortunately the day before the activity I informed the company I had to reschedule due to uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea. Unfortunately it didn’t get better and I ended up staying at the hospital for a virus. I informed the company of this and provided all doctor and hospital documentation and they would not even consider any type of refund. I had other excursions booked with other companies and they were nice enough and considerate to refund my tickets. Honestly this is not a matter of even the money lost but of the inhumane and lack of empathy that was shown. They expected me to come the next day to the activity when I spend all prior day at the hospital and to come with a virus which is even worst. Inhumane and will be contacting U.S embassy in Costa Rica as if they are willing to let folks do rafting with a virus that can infect others.

The safety and well-being of our guests have always been our highest priority, and we would never encourage anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious illness to join one of our activities. Unfortunately, your cancellation request was received within the period covered by our published cancellation policy. Our policy applies based on the amount of notice provided before the scheduled departure, not on the reason for the cancellation. By that time, transportation, certified guides, meals, safety equipment, and other third-party operational services had already been confirmed and incurred costs that cannot be recovered. These terms are clearly published on our website and are applied consistently to all guests. We certainly understand that other companies may choose to make different commercial decisions in individual situations, and we respect that. However, to remain fair and consistent with all of our guests, we must apply the same cancellation policy equally in every case. We regret that this situation left you with a negative impression of our company, as compassion for our guests and strict safety standards are values we take very seriously.
