Description
Sichuan Hotpot a une histoire d'au moins 1700 ans. Aujourd'hui, les hotpots du Sichuan ont été augmentés dans la catégorie pour inclure le "Red Pot" (saveur de potée épicée avec des piments et des grains de poivre du Sichuan), le "White Pot" (saveur de potée non épicée avec du bouillon) et "Double Pot" (y compris le premier deux). Thank you for this morning which has completely satisfied us! Very interesting market visit, very professional cuisine, clear explanations, without being a formatted speech. So a lot of human heat with the heat of the peppers. Lance was a perfect, attentive, cultivated and generous guide. The location of the course was authentic and human-sized. We had an amazing experience at Chilli Cool China. We started this incredible venture with Lance our tour guide from Chilli Cool China who from the moment we got picked up was engaging and delightful! We started our tour at the local spice market that included fresh local vegetables and an array of unique ingredients that we used for our Hot Pot cooking class. Our cooking experience was meticulously planned by our cooking instructor with step by step instructions creating the most delicious Hot Pot we’ve ever eaten. If we could give it 10 stars we would! A truly 10/10 experience! Our host Lance and our cooking instructor went above and beyond. The entire experience from start to finish was entertaining and informative. Lance was very knowledgeable and engaging, always willing to answer all of our questions and assist with anything along the way. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've ever had with a booking on TripAdvisor, it was a very personal experience that far exceeded my expectations.
