Wow had such a great lesson with Rafael, I took an early morning lesson to catch the sun rise. He was very joyful and accommodating to my skill level and I felt like I improved a lot in a short time! I’ll definitely be taking a few more lessons from him!

Hi Ana, thank you for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the surf lesson itself! We had a temporary technical issue with the location display on the platform at that time, but it is now fully resolved. You can easily find us right at Posto 7, well-visible on the beach. Safe travels!
We arrived at the beach and we were treated by Professor Rafael, he was super sympathetic and attentive, gave us all the information and support we needed, it was my first class, so I was scared, but after seeing how he talked to the students and how everything seemed to be about control, I trusted... and still good, because I stood up already in the first attempt, and in the second I caught my first wave! It was surreal! My husband said the way he explained made all the difference, he had already taken class at another school, and only managed to catch a wave after a while, and here it was first, very top! The beach landscape is absurd in the photos, but for me the most important thing was to have an authentic experience, catching the wave I dreamed without worrying, the guy runs very well! I recommend <3

My instructor was extremely patient and kind. His knowledge and training experience helped ease my nerves as I was extremely nervous. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and conquer. My instructor helped me do just that! I would highly recommend!

He is an excellent person and a very attentive surf instructor. His lessons really helped me learn how to surf and gain confidence in the water. He is always in a great mood, smiling, and sometimes even singing, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I totally recommend him to anyone who wants to learn surfing or improve their skills
