Leo was amazing. He did such a great job explaining all the steps. We brought our 13 year daughter and she loved the experience. He included the teens while doing all the steps.
We really enjoyed our cooking class in Rome. The pasta was delicious, the accompanying wine was lovely, and our chef Eugenio was friendly and engaging. It was a fun addition to our Italian holiday. The recipes were delicious - might try to recreate them at home (yet somehow I know it won't be as good). We were a party of three, as we were traveling with our daughter who just graduated high school, so we were paired with another family and it was great. Would definitely recommend.
Our family has traveled quite a bit, and this was one of those experiences we’ll be talking about for years. We were four adults and four kids, and every single person walked away smiling. By the end of the class, our daughters had already decided this was their favorite activity of the entire trip. As parents, that’s about the best review you can give. Ricardo has built something really special. He, Eugenio, and the rest of the chef team created an environment that was welcoming, fun, and full of energy. They took the time to explain each step, encouraged everyone to participate, and made sure every person felt successful. You could tell they genuinely love teaching and sharing Italian cooking with others. The recipes were approachable and easy to recreate at home, but more importantly, the class gave our kids confidence in the kitchen. Watching them prepare authentic Italian dishes with such excitement was worth every minute. If you have dietary restrictions, don’t hesitate to book. The team was flexible and happy to make accommodations so everyone could enjoy the experience. This was much more than a cooking class. It was an afternoon filled with laughter, great food, and memories our family will always have. If you’re trying to decide whether it’s worth it, stop thinking about it and book it. We would recommend it without hesitation and can’t wait to return the next time we’re in Rome.
Highlight of our trip to Rome! We enjoyed this class, the food and the chef and learned so much. By far the best food we had in our 3 week trip and we got take part in making it!!!

I’ve been gluten free for over 10 years and forever in pursuit of good tasting pastas. My mind was blown away how flavorful and good this pasta was … and of course so cool that we made it ourselves. The beauty of this course is that they can accommodate gluten free cooking with normal wheat flour pasta making. That was great for our friends who are not gluten free. This may not work for someone with celiac as there is the possibility of cross contamination, but as Leo mentioned he supported us in our gluten intolerance. We were in a class of 7. I guess they could fit up to 10. Therefore it’s a very hands on experience with help from Leo when we needed it. That was awesome to have some support. Highly recommended by both us gluten intolerant people and our friends who are not gluten intolerant.
Leo was great and the food was outstanding.
This course clearly explained how to create different kinds of delicious pasta. Food was adapted for various dietary needs without sacrificing quality and taste. Everything was fun and delicious!
A real fun experience, small group , nice peoples and perfect foods and drinks, what else to ask! The best pasta we have the chance to taste.
