Cours de pâtisserie en petit groupe de Paris Croissants avec un chef





Description
Tout commence par une tasse de thé ou de café chaud avant de vous lancer directement dans la confection de votre propre Croissant au Beurre, Pain au Chocolat (ou croissant au chocolat) et Pain au Raisin ! Des petits groupes de 8 personnes permettent au chef de suivre de près l'apprentissage de nouvelles compétences et connaissances. Tout d'abord, découvrez le matériel, les ingrédients et la théorie derrière la fabrication du croissant. Vous le réaliserez de toutes pièces avec des ingrédients de qualité que nous avons sélectionnés auprès de nos producteurs locaux. Ensuite, c’est avec le pétrissage de la pâte que tout commence. Vous fournirez le dernier ingrédient avec le rouleau à pâtisserie au fur et à mesure que vous étalerez la pâte finie à partir de laquelle vous façonnerez vos propres pâtisseries ! Le temps fera le reste pendant qu'ils se reposent et cuisent. Tout se termine bien par la dégustation de ce que vous avez cuisiné et la discussion toujours instructive sur votre voyage à Paris. En tant que chefs, nous sommes très heureux de vous donner nos conseils culinaires, nos recommandations et nos opinions et également d'apprendre de vous. N'oubliez pas d'emporter les restes !

This was a fabulous experience that we would highly recommend. Mimi are teacher and chef was superb and very patient. All the things we baked look so professional and tasted amazing. We would recommend this experience for anyone that would like to try it.
My 22 year old daughter and I really enjoyed this class! Brie, our chef, was so fun & knowledgeable. The class was 8 people which felt like the perfect number. Everything was timed perfectly, so there was always something to do and learn, and of course, being able to eat what we made was fabulous!
Lauren was magnifique! Such detailed instructions; this was definitely a hands on class where you learn every step of the croissant process. I highly recommend!!
Rosalie was great! Very patient and kind, especially with the kids (12 year old girl and 11 year old boy) and a very hot day (not good for making butter croissants)! The pastries were delicious and you walk away with plenty to enjoy. One of the top 5 things we did while in France.

You will leave this croissant baking class with an insider’s understanding of what makes a great croissant! Do you know how many layers of butter your dough must have? You will when you leave and you’ll have rolled and folded those layers! The end products are straight from the oven for you to take home and enjoy. All recipes are provided so that you can reproduce at home and amaze your family! Or hold your own croissant making party and amaze your friends!
We had a great time in the class. Leslie was a great instructor and so fun! And the croissants and pain du chocolate were amazing!!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience! The baking class was so much fun for our whole family, our chef (Rosalie) was wonderful, she paced everything perfectly, shared her love for baking with us and really created such a fun envoirment. This is a MUST do in Paris and we would highly recommend requesting Rosalie when booking!
