Cours de pâtes, pesto et tiramisu Riomaggiore, Cinque Terre

Vous aimez les pâtes, le pesto et le tiramisù ? C'est le bon cours pour vous d'apprendre à faire à partir de zéro nos PÂTES artisanales locales (Trofie), leur condiment (PESTO Genovese) et, pour oublier les escaliers que vous avez empruntés pour arriver à ma cuisine, le TIRAMISU' crémeux, selon la technique traditionnelle et la recette de ma grand-mère. L'expérience se déroule dans ma maison privée du XVIe siècle à Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) située dans le centre du village où mon chien Ettore et moi vous accueillerons avec un verre de prosecco. Après quelques pas, vous pourrez apprécier la vue imprenable sur le village et la mer depuis la terrasse sur le toit au 3ème étage du bâtiment. Les maisons-tours colorées caractéristiques sont construites en suivant l'orographie escarpée de la colline et donnent un regard fantastique avant tout depuis la mer.

FANTASTIC! Cooking with Luca was one of our favorite experiences on our trip. Luca is awesome! He is a great teacher (we learned a lot) and his class was so fun. Luca has a great personality and is a fun and easy person to chat with. The food was delicious, one of the best meals of our trip. Highly recommend!
We took the ferry from Monterosso to Riomaggiore for our class. It was a beautiful ride, but our time with Lucca was even more magical. Lucca is a delightful host. We learned history of the food and he was very funny and kind in his instruction. Our meal was perfectly delicious! It was our best night in Italy/CT so far. Would highly recommend this amazing class with Lucca!
Luca was a fantastic host, very knowledgeable about local culture and cuisine. The pasta was the best we had the entire time we were in Cinque terre and we had a great time making it - views from his apartment are also amazing! LGBTQ friendly
Luca was a delightful host. The map given the morning of the cooking class is the only one you should use. Google doesn't work.
What a lovely afternoon. Our cooking class was so much fun! Luca is an excellent teacher, a great host, and a funny and delightful person. We made tiramisu, the most delicious pesto, and a pasta that everyone else in the class but me learned to shape! It was, nevertheless, delicious.
Luca provides a friendly, fun and authentic experience that is not to be missed. You do not need to be a cook to enjoy this activity. You just need to be enthusiastic and of course hungry! My wife and I loved the entire event and would happily join Luca again for another evening!

I had an amazing time learning how to cook trofie pasta, pesto and tiramisu with Luca! He was a great teacher, bubbly personality and very knowledgeable about the region. He has a very warm and welcoming home up in the hills of Riomaggiore. It was my first night on my solo trip to Cinque Terre and it was a great way to quick off the weekend. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for an authentic Italian cooking experience, who is staying in the region!
