En 2 heures, vous pouvez préparer vos pâtes préférées en choisissant parmi de délicieux raviolis à la ricotta fraîche et au parmesan ou des nouilles accompagnées de pesto frais ou de sauce tomate. Et pourquoi pas des gnocchis ou du risotto ? Chaque cours est limité à 12 participants – garantissant une interaction individuelle avec votre professeur de cuisine. Dans ce cours, vous apprendrez à former et à remplir des pâtes farcies traditionnelles, à préparer le principal type de pâte pour les pâtes farcies et à l'accompagner de sa propre sauce délicieuse.

Fun experience

Fun and we made delicious food. I definitely would recommend and return. Chef was so fun and knowledgeable. A must do when in Florence.

Very rude host

We had our purse stolen with our credit cards and one phone inside shortly before our cooking class. You can see from the police report we were in the police station shortly before the class was due to start. We had to cancel our cards, disable phone, and talk with the police. We are not from Italy so it was very difficult. I tried to explain to the chef but she showed no empathy and sent me a rude message about us being late. I can’t comment on the class but if something comes up know that you will not be given any grace.

I don't tend to respond to reviews but specifically, considering what has been written, if only to give explanations to future guests I have to do so. Let's start from the fact that these customers have never contacted us, have not called and have not made us involved in anything. After more than 30 minutes of waiting, and after we have sent 2 messages without receiving any response, we decide, to be fair, to call (I would like to point out that it is not our obligation to contact the customer but, as always - our cooking school is 18 years old - we believe it is courteous to contact our guest to find out if there are any problems. The guests in question respond evasively but we can understand that they are trying to report a theft. I will just say that unfortunately I am so late that they will not be able to participate in the lesson (6 other guests had been waiting for 40 minutes now!) but I invite them, in order not to lose money, to come the next day (copy of the message also sent to the Viator platform). In response, the communication was abruptly interrupted and no one gets in touch again. The next day we receive a refund request to which I reply that the parameters did not exist (not even for Viator did the parameters exist for a refund) to refund it, it is a no show and that, moreover, it was me who I'm anxious to call. In response, I was threatened with a bad review if I didn't agree (threat made via message and therefore clearly visible). Well clearly I didn't agree, given the "fantastic review" but, I reported these guests and the threats or blackmail, if you prefer, are very unethical... thanks for those who wanted to read my version of events

Oh The Pastabilities!

This was so much fun. My husband, 25 year old daughter and I participated in this class. Irene was the best. her personality was the best. She was a great teacher. The ingredients were all fresh veggies and herb. We made 3 different pasta that lead to 3 completely different meals. AND they gave us the recipes to take home and make.

Perfect Florence cooking experience

If you are looking for a hands on experience this is for you. The best cooking class I have ever taken. The chef is great. She makes it so understandable

Simply, the best!

Max of 10 people allows for an intimate cooking and dining experience. Chef Varey and her husband make an excellent team. Both are people, people. Chef Varey is a superb chef, but more than that, she is a superb instructor. She is enthusiastic, maintains control and has the innate ability to convey the detailed instructions while making it fun for everyone. The dining experience after the cooking was pure delight. Interesting how perfect strangers can connect after the shared cooking experience and enjoying a wonderful meal. Even if you don't cook you should consider doing this . It is a great evening of entertainment, fine food at a most reasonable price. Love that Chef Varey.

What a great evening!

Chef Vary and her husband Edwardo were perfect host. There location was very easy to find. My Mom, daughter and myself ( 3 generations) attended the class along with 6 others from various places. We made ravioli, tagliatelle, and a pesto pasta We then all set down to a beautifully set table and enjoyed our meal all paired with a wonderful bottle of wine. We would highly recommend this class for excellent food, good company and lots of laughter! Thanks for a wonderful evening. They also spoke English! Ciao Ciao Angela, Patricia & Meredith

Fantastic experience

This was my 3rd time to Italy and I must say that this was definitely one of my all time favorite experiences. My wife and I had a blast making the pasta and everything tasted AMAZING. Chef Vary and her husband made were an absolute pleasure to spend the evening with and really made this a special experience. I can't say enough good things, highly recommend this experience.

Hands-on, amazing experience!

Chef Vary was incredible, she was funny and had everything set up upon arrival, it was very authentic and I learned so much from this class. I have been studying abroad here and have wanted to learn new recipes and this was perfect. Met some awesome people during this and I loved the atmosphere, new cooking techniques and I loved how it was in her apartment. 100% recommend!!

What a great evening

Chef vary and and her husband were the perfect hosts and tutors. Lovely warm welcome in their home. Great pasta lesson, ravioli and tagliatelle. Small group of 10, English speaking. Great experience with enough to give you confidence to carry on at home.

Wonderful Pasta Making Experience!

Chef Vary and Eduardo are the quintessential European hosts. Attentive, interested, informative, and engaging. This class was among the most memorable experiences for us in Europe; we not only learned how to different types of pasta but learned so much about the Italian culture through these professionals. An amazing time. I've been home three weeks now and make my own pasta every week thanks to Chef Vary!
