• Cours de cuisine thaïlandaise dirigés par VJ, un environnement d'apprentissage idéal à la maison qui est différent des autres cours de cuisine et des hôtels qui offrent les cours. • Visitez le marché local. Les marchés thaïlandais avec toutes leurs couleurs, odeurs et sons vous donneront un regard authentique sur une partie très intéressante de la culture thaïlandaise. Vous découvrirez également différents légumes et herbes thaïlandais. • Apprenez les compétences et techniques essentielles que vous pouvez utiliser tous les jours! La cuisine thaïlandaise sera très simple et enseignée en étapes très faciles, il vous sera donc plus facile de cuisiner vous-même à la maison. • Faites votre propre pâte de curry à partir de zéro en utilisant du mortier et un pilon (pas de MSG et pas d'acheter des pâtes prêtes à l'emploi sur le marché) Également dans le cadre de notre cuisine • Apprenez à préparer à partir de zéro certains des plats thaïlandais préférés 3-4 les plus connus. Vous acquerrez une connaissance très complète de la cuisine thaïlandaise et dégusterez vos créations après le cours.

• Nous choisissons uniquement parmi Kata, Karon, Patong et Rawai pour 2 personnes et plus. Nous ne captons pas dans un autre domaine. Bien qu'il y ait 2 clients, ils doivent venir seuls sur place. • Veuillez prévoir de rencontrer votre guide dans le hall de votre hôtel au moins 10 minutes avant l'heure de prise en charge prévue • Si vous arrivez avec plus de 10 minutes de retard ou après que nous ayons quitté votre hôtel, vous pouvez être considéré comme un non-présentateur

Very authentic cooking class. At the market, the guide explains everything about local fruit, fish or similar. We cooked 4 dishes and to everything was told something in very good English. You get very full and the food is a 10 out of 10. It is very clean and drinks are also provided at all times. Highly recommended!

Fantastic authentic cooking from making a paste to cooking. We cooked 5 dishes from scratch. A great trip all around with a great atmosphere and learning experience

This classes exceeded my expectations! Starting off with the market tour was a great treat. I was able to bring back some of the ingredients home and I couldn’t be any happier. We made 4 dishes with the help and guidance of our instructors and received the recipes for our dishes right after. One of my favorite experiences I booked in Phuket!
My daughter (20’s) and I booked for the cooking element, without the market tour and had a thoroughly enjoyable couple of hours cooking traditional dishes. The class is well organised so that you get the most from your time and we prepared 4 different dishes. It’s a nice touch that VJ sends you the recipes after the class. Having prepared and eaten delicious food, my only regret was having breakfast that morning! I would definitely recommend this class.
If you love Thai food, take this class!! VJ does an amazing job! She is friendly, has a great sense of humor, and her instructions were easy to follow while keeping the class fun and enjoyable. Her staff are very helpful and attentive. The kitchen is clean, bright, well-equipped, and all the ingredients were perfectly organized for us to prepare. The food all tasted amazing and we even had enough to bring some leftovers home for later! We cannot wait to cook the recipes again when we get back home. The class was educational, a great value for the cost, and overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing!! We really loved doing a Thai cooking class. VJ was so clear and informative, with a lot of humour as well. We did 4 different recipes, all to eat - we didn’t expect to be doing so many. They’re super helpful if you’re stuck and VJ explains every step of the process so clearly. Her English is amazing as well, we learnt so much - not only about Thai food but the culture that surrounds it as well. They also offer pick up and drop off to your hotel which was great. Really recommend!
Fantastic experience and lots of fun visiting a market with Chef VJ. back to the kitchen and we were taught to cook about 4 authentic Thai dishes. A wonderful trip to go on as you will learn and take away knowledge of cooking in Thailand. Thank you VJ and staff
My husband surprised me with a cooking class while we were visiting Phuket. I was picked up at our hotel by a wonderful gentleman and taken to the cooking class location, the location was very comfortable and very welcoming. We began the class with very clear and simple instruction, we cooked four different dishes…I COULD’NT BELIEVE I actually had successfully cooked such delicious Thai dishes! The class was such an AMAZING experience, I highly recommend this class. VJ was very helpful, patient and professional in teaching (explaining) us the different techniques, spices and what we need to be able to cook the dishes when at home.
