Cours de cuisine privée à Venise et visite du marché avec Fun Local Laura

Description

This was an excellent local experience. Laura did a great job of preparing the meal, teaching us how to do it, and then serving the meal. It’s a very unique experience in Venice. I would recommend it highly.
Laura is a wonderful person and opens her Italian home kitchen to her guests. She is very lovely and personable. Her apartment is small and accommodes 1-3 guests Her home is in the Dorsoduro district that is about a 30 minute walk from Venice central. You can take a water taxi. We walked. GPS amazingly guided us correctly and we felt safe walking late at night. The wine and quality of the products Laura uses is very good. We did not get to go to the market which was dissapointing. Her wine selection was good too. I recommend this experience
What an incredible time with Laura. She blessed us by opening her home to myself, my wife and two small kids (8 and 10 year old). Her explanation and cooking was incredible. Dinner was absolutely outstanding. We’ve even blessed to meet her boyfriend and learn quite a bit about their journey in Venice.
Intimate setting with extremely friendly host. Wine and music as well as delicious food. Our favorite experience of our trip to Venice.
Laura was warm, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at home in her kitchen. Once in her cozy, beautiful apartment, we prepared a full Venetian meal from scratch with Laura’s expert guidance. From handmade pasta to rich sauces and local wine pairings, every moment was hands-on, engaging, and absolutely delicious. The views from her kitchen and dining space were stunning. We couldn’t stop taking photos! It felt like spending the afternoon with a friend who happens to be an amazing chef. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for something truly memorable and authentic, this is the experience to book. Thank you, Laura, for such a warm and unforgettable day!
What an unforgettable experience! Laura welcomed us into her beautiful home with such warmth and hospitality—it truly felt like visiting an old friend. We had the joy of making creamy risotto and the most decadent tiramisu, both of which were absolutely mouthwatering. Laura is not only an incredible cook, but also an exquisite host. Her passion, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience feel intimate, authentic, and truly special. It was an absolute honor to share her kitchen and learn from her. A must-do for anyone looking for a meaningful culinary adventure!
Laura was so sweet and very welcoming. I recommend everybody to go to her if u want to do a private cooking class. It was my favorite part of the trip and an amazing experience.
Laura was amazing! Welcoming and a great teacher. We become with a glass of bubbles, discussing our profession followed by making risotto and tiramisu for dessert. I look forward to sending clients her way. Our water taxi dropped us off on the opposite side of where we requested which we mad to walk 50 minutes to make it Laura’s. We arrived an house late and Laura was welcoming, I truly enjoyed my time experience.
We spent a lovely afternoon walking through Laura's neighborhood and local market, learning more about daily Venetian life, and venturing beyond the typical tourist areas. We enjoyed cooking in her kitchen, and it was just the right amount of demonstration and hands-on cooking for our group of teens and adults. With lots of laughter, conversation, and a delicious lunch, our afternoon with Laura was a highlight of our trip.
We had a brilliant evening with Laura. She made us very welcome in her Venice apartment. We started with appetisers and prosecco, then made Tiramasu (for later) and, finally, a leek, Gorgonzola and hazelnut risotto. After that, we ate it, accompanied by wine and very pleasant conversation. It was great to see how people live in Venice from day to day and we picked up some useful tips and places to visit.
