Cours de cuisine haut de gamme avec un chef professionnel. Produits zéro kilomètre. Tous les participants cuisinent tous les plats du menu. Dans un espace emblématique situé dans le centre historique de la ville : un appartement du XVIIIe siècle appartenant à une famille de l'aristocratie catalane, entièrement rénové et conservant toute sa majesté. Il comprend une visite du marché de La Boquería que vous ferez avec notre chef et il vous expliquera, à partir d'anecdotes sur les vendeurs eux-mêmes, l'histoire de la gastronomie catalane et ses traditions. Sont également incluses une dégustation de 10 Tapas accompagnées de différents vins et une explication de la gastronomie espagnole à travers ces Tapas. Des novices en cuisine aux passionnés de cuisine, tous les talents prendront plaisir à apprendre à cuisiner. Sans oublier que l'atelier est fortement assisté par un flux incessant de vin, ce qui rend la cuisine et le repas encore plus agréables !

This class was "outstanding". We thoroughly enjoyed the instructor, who made the class fun and enjoyable. We learned a lot and this made the four of us want to try this receipt at home. By the way, the drinks were on them!
The tour of the market was fun and informative. Preparing the food was very memorable. Our Chef also explained the food from different regions of Spain along samples of the food. This experience was worth every penny... Very highly recommended!
Despite the rain, we spent a very pleasant evening as we visited the boqueria and cooked a giant seafood paella with a group of strangers. 24 people took turns chopping, peeling, measuring and stirring, not to mention eating. The appetizers were delicious and the sangria was plentiful. The chef walked us through everything, step by step, while providing colourful background information. This was an excellent way to spend an evening in Barcelona. (Catered to 6 vegetarians by making a separate paella for them.)
