Ici, vous apprendrez à préparer des plats péruviens modernes sous la direction d'un chef professionnel. Ce qui rend cette expérience vraiment spéciale est son format intime. Contrairement aux cours de cuisine bondés, nous travaillons en petits groupes pour offrir une expérience personnalisée et interactive. Vous profiterez d'un accès direct à votre chef, d'une participation pratique et d'une compréhension approfondie des traditions culinaires du Pérou. Chris is an amazing chef. I had a great experience and had my best meal in Cusco. Chris is very knowledgeable and friendly. His English is perfect. Highly recommend!!
We loved our cooking class with Chris! He provided a wonderful, in depth experience, beginning in the local market. Chris explained the origins of many of the ingredients we used in our dishes, which we loved! The location of the class is in a beautiful historic building which fully enhanced our experience. The meal itself is delicious, and full of local ingredients. Chris does a great job of explaining how to prepare the dish, as well as why we are using certain ingredients and techniques. I could not recommend it enough!! Thank you for the wonderful time and delicious meal!
We had a wonderful, instructive and fun afternoon with Christian! I recommend to everyone (couples, families and people traveling alone) to have the best experience knowing the San Pedro market and deepening into Peruvian culture through local food and beverages.
This was everything we hoped for and more. Guide was friendly and a very skilled chef. Food was delicious. Perfect balance of doing a lot of the cooking ourselves but also the guide leading the way. Highly reccomend and well worth the price.
Great fun! Hilarious time at the market, followed by a wonderful evening of cooking and eating. Went way longer than anticipated (which was great). Learned a lot, laughed a lot. We've done a number of these sorts of cooking adventures and this was probably the most fun.

Wonderful morning spent visiting San Pedro market and then cooking 3 course meal and preparing Pisco sour with chef Chris. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He mentioned he also owns a restaurant called Avocado Toast where we enjoyed lunch the following day.

Can't recommend this highly enough! Chris brought the market to life, weaving together food and local culture. The cooking class was excellent and gourmet, with explanations of why we were making the cocktail and three dishes in that specific way. Most of all, Chris was an engaging and entertaining teacher, a professional chef bilingual in English!
Happy We did this together. We loved the markettour, making Pisco sour and using lots of new Peruvian ingrediants. Chris was a superb guide and chef through this colourful Food experience!
