Vous préparerez 3 plats péruviens et 2 cocktails. Notre circuit « Cuisine péruvienne, cocktails et marché » commence au marché de San Pedro (entrée n° 1), par une visite de ce marché historique. Nous allons goûter certains des fruits les plus exotiques du Pérou (superaliments) Ensuite, nous nous rendrons à pied à notre bar-studio, une maison traditionnelle datant de 1930. Nous commençons notre expérience en préparant les cocktails les plus délicieux à base de fruits frais (achetés au marché local que nous avons visité) et de pisco. Vous préparerez : des tamales péruviens (au quinoa), du cebiche et de la causa limeña. Notre cours est entièrement pratique et vous participerez à toutes les étapes de la préparation. Après le cours, nous vous enverrons également les recettes afin que vous puissiez les déguster en famille ou entre amis. Avis : Les ateliers de cocktails et de cuisine à Cusco ont lieu le matin et l'après-midi. * Le matin, de 10 h à 14 h 15 * L'après-midi, de 15 h 30 à 19 h 45 Nos plats peuvent facilement être adaptés pour les végétariens. Il est très important de connaître vos besoins alimentaires

We started with the ceviche, and wow — bright, zesty, and bursting with fresh citrus and perfectly cured fish. It set the bar impossibly high, and yet every dish that followed somehow kept up. Each recipe was layered with bold, extravagant flavor, the kind you can tell comes from real skill and a genuine love of the craft. By the time we reached dessert, I was completely won over — a sweet, indulgent finish that tied the whole meal together beautifully. And I can’t talk about this class without gushing over the Pisco sour. Frothy, tangy, perfectly balanced — honestly one of the best I’ve ever tasted, and now I finally know how to make it myself. But what truly made the experience special was Chef Carlos himself. He’s warm, funny, patient, and endlessly personable — the kind of host who makes you feel like you’ve known him for years. He shares his knowledge generously and makes cooking feel approachable and fun, no matter your skill level. From start to finish, this was an all-around excellent experience, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you’re on the fence, get off it and book — you will not regret it. Go to this!!!

Absolutely fantastic! Great introduction to San Pedros market, with lots of taste testing: fruit, cheese, chocolate, …. Always being careful about hygiene. The studio is perfect for the actual cooking. Every drink and dish was well described, with history. We all participated in the preparation. Carlos was great! I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!!!
