Valentina was the best! She made us feel welcome in her home. She was very patient with us and the food was amazing. Would definitely book with her again
Our feedback was this was not a cooking class just preparing dough for the pasta and put through a pasta press… no cooking lessons on the Tiramisu as it was pre-made day before which was disappointing… I would suggest providing a proper cooking class and make the food advertised! We expected an authentic cooking class especially learning how to make tiramisu. We were also disappointed to receive a call at 9.30am on the day of the cooking class to reschedule our cooking class for the afternoon which didn’t suit us as we had plans in the afternoon and had to cancel to attend. We would like a refund!
Truly an exceptional experience. Our host and her family welcomed us into her home. We learned how to make two different types of pasta and tiramisu, and left not only with that knowledge but also a greater appreciation of Milan. Our hosts love and pride for Milan and their willingness to share led to an evening we’ll remember forever.
This was a fantastic experience! You get to be in an Italian home to get a real sense of the culture and appreciation for Italian cooking. Our host Francesca was incredible. We loved this experience.
Very nice chef. Knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We made delicious food, then ate it and had a wonderful time!
Nice and kid friendly experience. Focus is on how to make the pasta and ravioli which was really delicious. Want the kids to learn how to make and prepare unprocessed or little processed food for their selves.
Carlotta was great! So friendly and funny while also clearly very knowledgeable on the subject. She was able to answer any questions we had about the food and Milan in general. She also has a very cute cat. The pasta was absolutely delicious and she did a great job instructing us while also letting us do it ourselves. And the tiramisu was without a doubt the best I've ever had. So fun to make a local connection!
This was the best experience we have had in Italy. Our chef/ teacher was so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this to everyone.
Our hosts were most gracious in opening their beautiful home to us, and the experience was most pleasant--the hands-on making of the pasta and tiramisu under their guidance. And the food was delish. Definitely a great way to interact with the locals in their home and have an enjoyable evening with new company. I would definitely do it again.
It was interesting cooking in someone's home. We got there easily on the tram from where we were staying. The owner and her son looked after us very well. The owner spoke reasonable English and had her son translate as needed. We made tiramisu and 2 types of pasta. Afterwards we ate what had been made and it was delicious. There was also a very well chosen red wine.
