Dans ce cours pratique animé par un chef à domicile, vous apprendrez à faire du curry à partir de zéro et à faire frire du tonkatsu brun doré parfaitement croustillant, le tout dans un cadre amusant et interactif en petit groupe. Nous fournissons des recettes simples et faciles à suivre et partageons des conseils sur la façon de remplacer les ingrédients par ceux disponibles dans votre propre pays. Des options végétariennes sont également disponibles, faites-nous part de vos préférences à l'avance. Yuki was extremely friendly and accommodating. She proceeded with the class even though I was the sole attendee and taught me a lot about the japanese culture as we cooked.

Very enjoyed this cooking class. The host is most accomodating and knowledgible. Even though I had already tried my hands on Japanese Curry, I could learn plenty of new things. Also the sesame pickled green beans were delicious.

Me and my wife came to Tokyo for our honeymoon. This cooking class was a lovely experience. Yuki is such an amazing host and cook. The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely come with an empty stomach. Highly recommend.

Yuki was an excellent teacher. She gives you great step by step instructions that are easy to follow and her English is very good. She has a fun personality and makes you feel right at home. Such a wonderful experience at Yuma Washoku Studio with Yuki! The class was clean, organized, and easy to follow, and the katsu curry was absolutely delicious. I loved learning new techniques I can actually use at home. On top of that, the atmosphere was so warm and personable. It made the whole experience feel extra special. Highly recommend!

This class totally surpassed our expectations! From the excellent directions on how to find the location to the warm welcome and some refreshments from Yuki, we were off to a great start! Yuki started off with a bit of history around katsu and then explained all the different steps. She is terrific fun, speaks excellent English and kept the whole family busy making the different components of this dish which happens to be my husband’s favourite! Throughout the class Yuki explained about the set up of Japanese kitchens, buying produce, special kitchen tools, etc— loads of helpful tips. Everything is immaculate and super well organised — in no time we were sitting down to a delicious meal we had made! Could not recommend this class more highly!
