Découvrez l'essence de la cuisine vénitienne dans la maison accueillante de Rosa sur l'île de Giudecca. Vous commencez par un verre de Prosecco et un accueil chaleureux, avant d'enfiler votre tablier et de suivre les instructions de Rosa, une cuisinière experte. Elle apprend à faire des pâtes fraîches, comme les spaghettis et les raviolis, et ravit le palais avec sa création originale, "L'arc-en-ciel de Rosa". Le tiramisu de Trévise, préparé dans un pot personnel par chaque participant, est à ne pas manquer. Avec des boissons à volonté et un PDF contenant des recettes, vous repartirez avec un morceau de Venise.

This class takes place in Rosa’s home. We were welcomed like family. We had our toddler granddaughter and she “helped” until she finally fell asleep and missed the best part, the meal. This was a fun, educational family experience. Recommend
The whole experience was amazing! Rosa was very welcoming and was extremely accommodating for our 1 year old. The food preparation was very interactive and instructive. We each prepared multiple types of pasta, a vegetable side dish, and dessert. Then we cooked and ate the food we prepared as a group. Everything was outstanding and Rosa is an excellent host!
Rosa was very accommodating.She met us from the water taxi and brought us to her home. She had great communication from start to finish, which is very comforting when you are in a new country. We made five different types of pasta, homemade marinara sauce, roasted veggies and fruit ( that's right, fruit!) It is called Rosa's Rainbow was very very special. The Tiramisu was divine. Everybody helps with every course learning so much about making pasta and the ingredients that we use, very hands on. Of course there was plenty of Prosecco that was flowing throughout the evening. She is a most wonderful hostess. It would be an experience that you would remember for a lifetime! Do not hesitate to sign up for Rosa's cooking class.... it's a life changer!

Amazing experience. Absolutely loved cooking with Rosa. What a wonderful woman. One of the highlights of my trip. We made pasta, sauces and tiramisu, we laughed and ate and it was fabulous

If we could give Rosa more than five stars we would. It was a fantastic. We learned so much, but more importantly, we gained a friend. Truly a lovely experience. If we come back to the area, we will book again. Highly recommend

Fabulous evening. Rosa welcomed us into her home, out of the usual tourist traffic, in a manner of friendship and contagious energy. We made tagliatelle with tomato sauce, ravioli with butter/sage sauce and tiramisu. She had so much knowledge and imparted it in a very organized way, despite the fact that her helper had been unable to be present that evening. We highly recommend Rosa’s class.
