Visite du matin : 8h30 – 13h00 / Visite de l'après-midi : 14h30 – 19h00 en petit groupe pour 1 classe. Aller découvrir un marché local coloré, comment traiter avec les vendeurs locaux et connaître tous les ingrédients pour les repas. Faites une excursion en pédalo dans un panier en bambou vietnamien unique sur les voies navigables d'un paradis de cocotiers. Profitez d'une expérience pratique de la pêche au filet traditionnelle et des «crabes violets» dans le canal. Verre de bienvenue et rejoignez le cours de cuisine. Notre chef vous apprendra les méthodes traditionnelles de cuisson de 4 plats vietnamiens. Après la leçon, vous appréciez ce que vous avez cuisiné et 4 plats d'accompagnement préparés. Fin de la visite, le guide vous déposera à l'hôtel. 4 plats d'accompagnement préparés tels que : gloire du matin, soupe, riz vapeur et dessert Remarque : Nous pouvons répondre aux besoins végétariens et diététiques

We loved going to the market, riding on the coconut boat and doing the cooking class. Such a fun morning and plenty of food! Can’t wait to go home and cook the recipes we learnt
The experience was great. Met very nice people from different parts of the world. We picked fresh vegetables from the market, went on a coconut boat, caught a crab, and cooked delicious food. The prices was very reasonable for the amount of stuff we did.

Amazing experience - the pick up, market tour, basket boat and cooking class were all much better than we expected. Hai was a great guide, he explained everything to us and made the cooking class so interactive.
The tour was fantastic! We were taken through a local market where we got to see local produce we would be cooking with. We then went on a coconut boat ride which was beautiful and then the cooking... just wow! All the food was amazing. We could not fault a single thing and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a half day activity in hoi an.

We had a wonderful family experience on this Hoi An cooking tour! We learned to make delicious dishes like lemongrass chicken, fresh spring rolls, and crispy Vietnamese pancakes. Chef Hi was fantastic—fun, engaging, and gave clear, easy-to-follow instructions that made cooking enjoyable for everyone. The cooking area was spotless, well organized, and very welcoming. We also loved the basket boat tour, which was a lot of fun and a great way to experience the local culture before the cooking class. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our time in Hoi An, and we highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a fun, authentic experience.
