Cours de cuisine et visite du marché de Budapest avec Guide local et vins

Description

Ester was so sweet and knowledgeable. She infused historical information with delicious food, drinks, culture, and lots of fun. I was solo, but she made sure I never felt alone and really took the time to make sure I was having fun.
Mesi (with help from Lucy) gave our group a wonderful intro to Hungarian cooking by having us make chicken Paprikash with Hungarian noodles. She interacted really well with us and the rest of the group, gave great explanations and had us taste some local cheese and sausages and wine as well. Our whole group thought it was an incredibly fun way to cap off our river cruise and day in Budapest!
A very fun and informative cooking class experience. We met as a group at the great Market hall and had a brief tour there, and then we went to the apartment where the kitchen was set up for us to make our lunch meal. The Guide/instructor did an excellent job explaining things and we had so much fun, learned some useful tips and thoroughly enjoyed the lunch we prepared.
This was marvelous and so much fun! Some cooking classes just SHOW you how to buy ingredients and prepare them. In this class we did it ALL! I learned so much from how to pick the best Hungarian pepper to how to properly slice an onion (I failed, but I know what to do now.) Our Chef/Hostess couldn't have been nicer or more instructive. Our group was so much fun!
Niki was a great guide. The food was delicious too. She was very knowledgeable. Thanks again for the experience.
We had a terrific cooking class with Mesi. We started out the class with lovely meats and cheeses and palinka. Then we prepped all of the food to cook up a delicious chicken paprikash, a traditional pasta and a surprisingly tasty dessert. Wines were included with the various foods. Mesi was a great host with a great sense of humor, and she involved everyone in the group. Great atmosphere and yummy food.
So much fun. Niki was an awesome guide through the market and the meal. Highly recommend.
It was a wonderful experience with Mesi as our guide and leader. We learned so much about the central market and then back at the apartment she were again amazed with her knowledge and expertise. We did this class with out 3 couples and there were 5 others that joined the group. We all had a fun afternoon eating drinking and learning about Hungarian foods and cooking.
This is such a great way to meet someone local, enjoy a nice visit while learning about the local food and culture. The market visit was quite informational and we went back after class to buy from the local suppliers! We all (5) really enjoyed our time with Niki. She was happy to answer all our questions and give other suggestions of places to visit. Even though we make paprikash csirke at home, the tips and tricks were worth the visit. Just a super experience all around, highly recommend!
Wonderful tour of the market and a delicious meal of chicken paprikash and dumplings. ! Emma was great. Lots of wine tasting, a shot of polinka, and cheese and sausage tasting. All in all, highly recommend!
