Pendant le cours, le cuisinier local vous dévoilera les ficelles du métier de 3 recettes authentiques de Riomaggiore. Amusez-vous à mettre vos compétences culinaires à l'épreuve. Les participants disposeront d'un poste de travail équipé d'ustensiles et de tous les ingrédients pour réaliser les plats. Ensuite, dégustez tout ce que vous avez préparé accompagné d'une sélection de vins locaux rouges et blancs. We had an absolutely marvelous cooking class. It was the last night of our family vacation and such a perfect end. My entire family came home eager to make pasta and replicate the recipes. Guilia was a patient and gracious teacher and made everything look easy. We highly recommend this experience and plan to take more cooking classes on future trips.
What a lovely experience! Barbara and Stephen were warm and welcoming, and the gorgeous setting couldn’t be beat! My daughter and I enjoyed learning and trying our hand at making bruschetta, gnocchi, and a fabulous fruit and cream dessert, then got to sit down and sample the fruits of our labor. It was a relaxed and memorable evening of fun, and I highly recommend it!

I cannot recommend cooking with Barbara enough! She was a phenomenal host and very patient with us learning to make traditional dishes! Thank you Barbara & Stephen for opening your home to us and a fantastic experience!!!

Fabulous! The location was outstanding and Barbara and her husband were perfect hosts. We learned real cooking, but had a lot of fun doing it. I would highly recommend.
Our cooking class with Barbara was an absolute highlight of our trip! She welcomed us like family and taught us how to make fresh pasta and the most delicious tiramisu. The class was fun, hands-on, and full of laughter. If you want a truly authentic experience in Riomaggiore, don’t miss this! 🇮🇹🍝🍰
Knowledgeable chef shares her knowledge in an abbreviated class and experience. Beautiful surroundings and unique home. Be prepared to hike stairs or we recommend a taxi from the train station. We found it challenging to find and cell service got sketchy. Google said 18 minutes but took me 45 to hike it.
Barbara had a great personality and we enjoyed our experience, conversation, and interaction. We hope to make this recipe at home soon
Giulia was phenomenal! So warm and fun and smart. She was amazing! The kitchen is not large, but it really does feel like you’re cooking in a personal home.
