Ce n'est pas un studio raffiné ou une démo touristique, c'est un vrai IstCe n'est pas un studio ou une cuisine de démonstration. C'est une maison à Tesvikiye, avec une vraie cuisinière, de vraies recettes familiales, et un hôte qui cuisinait professionnellement mais qui cuisine maintenant pour l'amour. Le parcours d'Esra signifie que vous obtenez à la fois la technique et la chaleur; quelqu'un qui sait exactement pourquoi un plat fonctionne, et aussi pourquoi il importe. Seuls les petits groupes permettent à chaque invité d'attirer l'attention et la table ne se sent jamais bondée.

I cannot recommend the cooking class with Esra enough!! My favorite thing that I did during my time in Istanbul. I loved getting to experience culture and cooking from a local. Esra is funny and kind and speaks great English. If you're going to do one thing in Istanbul let it be this class!!
Esra was great and interactive, the food was amazing and she made it a welcoming atmosphere.
Ezra was a great hostess and very down to earth chef! Her English was perfect. Ezra had everything ready to start right away preparing the different plates for me to follow and prepare. The hands on experience and the different plates we prepared, will be dishes I can’t wait to do at home for my family.Thank you for your hospitality Ezra and the great recipes!
We had a great time cooking with Esra. She was so hospitable and made us all Turkish coffee as we entered her wonderful apartment. She walked us through how to make a number of classic dishes. But the guided steps and ingredients made it all feel very accessible and enjoyable. She even threw in an extra Kisir, which meant we ended up with far too much food 😅 While eating we talked about the country and the recent history of Istanbul, which was very interesting. Lastly, Esra went out of her way to collate a number of recommendations for the rest of our stay in Istanbul. Thoroughly recommended!
