Bonjour, je m'appelle Abdou. Je suis une marocaine gourmande qui a grandi entre l'ancienne médina et la merveilleuse plage d'ESSAOUIRA. J'ai appris les bases de la cuisine de ma mère quand j'étais enfant, et cela me donne l'opportunité de travailler comme serveuse dans de nombreux restaurants dans de nombreuses villes du Maroc. J'aimerais partager avec vous tout ce qui concerne ma culture, en particulier la nourriture et les boissons si vous souhaitez apprendre à faire un tajine marocain traditionnel ou tout type de nourriture marocaine ou si vous recherchez les secrets de la cuisine et de la culture marocaines, cette expérience est faite pour vous CE SERA UN HONNEUR POUR MOI DE PARTAGER TOUTES MES CONNAISSANCES AVEC VOUS À BIENTÔT !

Simply brilliant! We had a great time with Abdou, everything was correctly explained, the ingredients were of quality. We ate several tajines during our stay but none were as good as those cooked during the cooking class. I recommend this course to you 100%.
This cooking class was absolutely wonderful! We had a chance to create a wonderful meal with expert guidance from the chef. He also included some historical and social learning about food and culture in Morocco. We had plenty of time to talk about our experiences and try the food we had made. Really wonderful experience!!!

Thanks again for this cooking class in Essaouira, it was a really nice moment, filled with meetings and sharing. We loved preparing the candied lemon chicken tagine and the kefta tagine, and even more enjoying them with our kitchen mates! An experience to renew without hesitation to discover other recipes. Friendly moment. Abdou is a passionate and exciting animator. His sister Fatima in the shadows makes all the preparations. You learn through cooking a little culture and local history. It was delicious.
We had a great time! Abdou is such a warm and generous host, we really felt like he had invited us into his home to share in a real passion of his - cooking. Between 7 of us we made 4 tajines and learned so much. We highly recommend Abdou and his cooking experience.
Lovely experience, and delicious food is guaranteed! I went alone and had a great time meeting fellow travelers and learning how to properly use vegetables, meat and spices when making a tajine :)
Superb experience with Abdou who knows how to put everyone at ease. He welcomes us home for a cooking course adapted to the choice of each of his guests. Very relaxed atmosphere with the whole group. He then brought us into town in addresses where only the locals provide what allowed us to have spices and tagine dish at incredible prices. He is very available and attentive to the well-being of his guests.
