Préparez-vous à vivre une expérience authentique au cœur de Bari, dans un lieu secret qui renferme le véritable esprit de la cuisine des Pouilles. En compagnie d'un guide local, vous mettrez la main à la pâte pour préparer deux symboles de la tradition : la focaccia barese, la reine de la cuisine de rue, douce et croustillante avec des tomates cerises juteuses, qui a même battu la focaccia genovese dans un défi à la dernière bouchée, et les orecchiette faites à la main, préparées selon l'ancienne technique de Bari, célébrée par le New York Times comme un patrimoine à protéger. Après la leçon, nous nous mettrons à table pour déguster ensemble le fruit de notre travail, accompagné d'un bon vin local et d'histoires qui sentent bon la tradition. Une expérience intime, engageante et authentique, conçue pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la véritable âme de Bari à travers sa cuisine.

Very nice experience. But not really worth all the money in my honest opinion for what you’re getting in the end. A little plate of pasta and some drinks. Ofcourse you’re learning the pasta making, but with a group of 10 persons we felt it was little bit too crowded. Host and guide is very kind.

Absolutely great experience. Camille came to pick us up and brought us to the secret pastalab where we were thought how to make focaccia and orichette by Mariëlle. It was easy to follow the instructions and a lovely way to learn new skills. You get to eat, drink and make food.

Amazing experience! Camilla and Mariella were very thorough and detailed. Made the day so much fun. Mariella was very detailed and interesting with her explanation of making pasta. Camilla guided us and was very helpful throughout. Definitely would recommend this experience to everyone!
