Wonderful and useful—eager to get home and apply what I learned.

My great fortune to have been the only student in yesterday evening's class, allowing Chef Dung to share insights that she could not with a larger class. Thank you Chef. Unfortunately, i turned up exhausted from a huge day's adventures and felt my energy fall away near the end. That affected my enegry and my hunger fell away. Still, i was taught some of the basics of vietnamese cuisine that i value a lot and will take home with me and share with family and friends.

Staff were welcoming and organized. Venue was bright and clean. Chef spoke excellent English and gave good instruction, helping our youngest child when required. Food was fresh, recipes were tasty and our family of 4 (including teenager and 10 yr old) had a great time despite not being confident cooks. We left with full bellies and happy memories.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting and experiencing this cooking school again after five years. I highly recommend this booking in every way. If I could give more than five stars I would. Such a... -Experience -Education -A good time It was the most authentic thing that I did all trip. These ladies are nothing short of amazing. I would recommend there class to any and everyone.

This was a very detailed cooking class The Chef was great at showing and explaining Thre entire process of cooking spring rolls Both fresh and fried. Vietnamese chicken wings With salad and pinneqple dessert They we ate the great food Highly recommend

The teacher is very gentle, teaches very carefully, and teaches everything her has to offer. I am very grateful to the teacher. I hope I can take her class again next time I go to Ho Chi Minh City.

The cook/teacher was excellent. She knew lots of tricks and tips and she was methodical about how she put everything together so that I would learn quickly. The ingredients involved were fresh and the resulting dishes were tasty. I made Vietnamese spring rolls, learned how to make carrot flowers, made delicious pho and learned the history of the name. I also made rice, flour, pancake with veggies and meat inside it. It was delicious. I would highly recommend this class. It was fun at the end to get a certificate, a cookbook and a lovely fan. Thank you so much for such a wonderful class - a Canadian in Vietnam.

It was a very complete overview of how Vietnamese food is made, from going to the market to preparing it in the home from scratch. Very knowledgeable and informative teacher!
