Sous la direction d'un Chef Expert local, vous apprendrez des techniques artisanales transmises de génération en génération, transformant des ingrédients de haute qualité en magie pure. Sentez-vous comme un vrai Napolitain en étirant votre propre pâte et en la faisant cuire dans le traditionnel "ruoto napoletano" à l'aide d'un four maison - une technique que vous pouvez facilement reproduire. Entre le parfum de farine fraîche et le riche arôme de mascarpone authentique, vous profiterez d'une atmosphère détendue et accueillante avec une attention personnalisée. The pizza was okay, the chef burned mine. He also made inappropriate jokes (e.g. “picture this: you and me are married…wait how old are you?”. He also relentlessly made fun of me for my cooking skills.

Excellent workshop. Good food. Very clean, pleasant, amazing pizzas and delicious tiramisu. Family from 12 to 72. In the heat you will not be disappointed.

It was a nice experience. The ingredients were all measured and placed in cups for us. We just had to throw them together in the bowl and mix. This was true wife both the tiramisu cream and the pizza dough. It would be great if we were told how the pizza sauce was made, it was really nice. Also, as the class was quite big, almost 20 people, the longest waiting time was at the toilets between cooks when we had to clean our hands of dough and stickiness. Would be great if there’s more options for washing hands
