Chef Andrea made this quite a fun and relaxing experience. He was a great instructor and gave off great energy. You make both the tiramisu and pizza from scratch in the kitchen, and then get to enjoy your creations along with wine in the dining room. Everything was delicious.

My wife and I are traveling to Italy for the first time, and we booked this cooking class after seeing so many great reviews. The class lived up to every single one of them! We did the pizza and tiramisu course and were blessed to have Lionello as our instructor. His instructions were clear, and he made the class so much fun to be a part of. While we didn't get to use the exact dough we prepared during the session, we are definitely going to be trying to remake it at home. The tiramisu is absolutely going to be a staple in our household moving forward. I would highly recommend this course, and Lionello as an instructor!
