Guy was really nice at the office. Recommended a gelato place. Once we got to the Vatican, they disappeared. There was no guide. They said go there and left. There were other guides. Not for us.

The Academia Gallery tour by Crown Tours was a good experience. From the meeting point, introduction of our guide Alphonso, to the whole tour, everything was smooth, efficient & trouble free. Do NOT book with Crown Tours! We were sadly unable to keep our reservation because our son got very ill with almost 105 fever and we had to pick him up from his school trip. They would not refund us even with a note from the doctor or offer to reschedule it. Horrible customer service!! We did not plan for our son to get sick!
