Les Musées du Vatican sont constitués de plusieurs musées formant de nombreuses 'ailes'. L'aile contenant la plus haute concentration de points forts est le Musée Pio-Clementino. - Les enfants de 6 ans et moins ont droit à l'entrée gratuite aux Musées du Vatican (sur présentation d'une pièce d'identité indiquant leur âge).
- Les enfants de 7 à 18 ans ont droit à un tarif d'entrée réduit (voir les tarifs du tour et des billets) et doivent fournir une pièce d'identité indiquant leur âge.
- Les enfants de moins de 18 ans doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte.
- Un code vestimentaire est requis pour entrer dans les lieux de culte et certains musées sélectionnés. Aucun short ni haut sans manches n'est autorisé. Les genoux et les épaules DOIVENT être couverts pour les hommes et les femmes. Vous risquez de vous voir refuser l'entrée si vous ne respectez pas ces exigences vestimentaires.
- L'enregistrement se fait 15 minutes avant l'heure de départ réservée. Les billets sont horodatés et nous ne pouvons pas accepter les retardataires.
- Important : La basilique Saint-Pierre n'est pas incluse dans toutes les options de visite. Si vous souhaitez visiter la basilique dans le cadre de votre expérience, veuillez vous assurer de choisir une visite où elle est explicitement indiquée comme incluse.
- Les clients ayant un handicap certifié de plus de 75% ont droit à l'entrée gratuite au Vatican et n'ont pas besoin d'un billet. Pour les clients qui ne sont pas autonomes, l'entrée gratuite est étendue à un compagnon.
- Veuillez inclure tous les noms tels qu'ils apparaissent sur vos passeports lors de la réservation. Les billets ne sont pas transférables et si les noms figurant sur votre réservation ne correspondent pas à votre pièce d'identité, l'accès pourrait vous être refusé et aucun remboursement ne vous sera dû. Tout changement de nom doit être communiqué au moins 72 heures à l'avance.

- Important : Du 12 janvier au 31 mars 2026, des travaux de conservation du Jugement dernier de Michel-Ange (Giudizio Universale) seront effectués. La chapelle Sixtine restera ouverte aux visiteurs; toutefois, la fresque ne sera temporairement pas visible en raison d'échafaudages. Great tour. Guide extremely knowledgeable art historian.
Very expensive. Wish there was a fast track skip the line tour that hit the main attractions with teenagers in mind as mine tend to get distracted. Other than that guide was wonderful a must see.
Highly recommend this tour and the tour provider (EcoArt) if you are looking for not only a very informational visit of Vatican City highlights, but also an efficient few hours! We did the option with a max of 10 persons which was a great size to navigate the busy Vatican Museum hallways! Our guide, Nicoletta, was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain the history and top spots in the great detail - I would completely recommend her as a guide (her english was also great!!). I will definitely use this tour provider when I return to Rome and would recommend this tour to anyone that is looking for an efficient and easy way to see the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and the skip the line entry into St. Peter's Basilica!

Fabrizio was an absolute delight! He was so knowledgeable and purposeful about how he shared each bit of information. The tour is lengthy and thus worth the value. Very educational tour of the Vatican Museum. Paulina took time to explain many key pieces of art, maps and tapestries. She shared a good deal of history about the Vatican as well. Paulina was a great tour guide and helped us with pointers at St Peter’s Basilica as well.

The tour guide was extremely disappointing, and the overall communication was very poor. This was advertised as an English-language tour, but my entire family struggled to understand him due to his accent and the way he spoke. I genuinely tried my best to follow along and even politely asked for clarification a couple of times, but instead of helping, he became annoyed that I interrupted and told me to save all questions until the end. This made it even more difficult to follow the tour. There were three groups in our tour, and before we decided to leave, one of the other groups also gave up and left. We ultimately chose to leave as well because we simply could not understand what the guide was saying, and his attitude was not welcoming or helpful. We ended up touring the Vatican on our own, which we enjoyed, but unfortunately we missed out on Saint Peter’s Basilica because we no longer wanted to continue with the guided tour. Given that we were unable to understand the guide or complete the tour as advertised, we respectfully request a refund. This was a very disappointing experience and did not meet the expectations of an English-language guided tour.
