Ce bâtiment a été un palais, une forteresse, la résidence d'Isabelle Ire de Castille et de Ferdinand II d'Aragon, une prison, il a été déclaré un bien d'intérêt culturel en 1931 et il a été classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO en 1994. L'ensemble architectural a un caractère sobre à l'extérieur et splendide à l'intérieur, avec de magnifiques jardins et des cours intérieures qui conservent une inspiration de mudéjar.
Le Monument aux Amoureux de Cordoue représente l'histoire d'amour durable d'Ibn Zaydun et de Wallada bint al-Mustakfi, personnalités marquantes de l'histoire andalouse. Doté d'une statue à deux mains, c'est un site culturel captivant et un point culminant de notre visite.

La synagogue de Cordoue, construite en 1315, est un monument historique du quartier juif de Cordoue, en Espagne. Parfois, de longues files d'attente se forment sur la rue étroite menant à la synagogue, provoquant des retards importants. La synagogue est fermée toute la journée le lundi et l'après-midi le dimanche et les jours fériés. Si nous ne pouvons pas visiter l'intérieur, ce qui prend généralement environ 5 minutes, nous expliquerons le monument de l'extérieur. La synagogue de Cordoue est un très petit bâtiment avec un espace intérieur limité.
La chapelle San Bartolomé de Cordoue, en Espagne, est une chapelle historique connue pour sa belle architecture mudéjare. Datant du XIVe siècle, il présente des détails complexes et est situé au cœur de la vieille ville de la ville, attirant les visiteurs intéressés à explorer le riche patrimoine religieux et architectural de Cordoue.
Le souk municipal de Cordoue, situé dans un manoir du XVIe siècle appartenant autrefois à la famille Armenta, présente des objets artisanaux locaux tels que le cuir de Cordoue, l'argenterie en filigrane et la céramique. La Faculté de Philosophie et de Lettres de Cordoue, en Espagne, est située dans le bâtiment historique qui était autrefois l'hôpital del Cardenal Salazar. Au fil du temps, il est passé d’un établissement médical à un centre d’enseignement supérieur. Depuis sa création en 1971 en tant que Collège universitaire de l'Université de Séville, puis en tant que Faculté de la nouvelle Université de Cordoue en 1973, le bâtiment a été un monument éducatif et culturel important. Il a subi des agrandissements et des rénovations dans les années 1990 pour accueillir de nouveaux programmes académiques tels que l'histoire de l'art, les sciences humaines et plus tard la traduction et l'interprétation. Aujourd'hui, il se présente comme un mélange d'architecture historique et d'installations universitaires modernes, contribuant à l'héritage académique de Cordoue.
D'abord ce fut la basilique wisigothe de San Vicente, puis elle fut employée comme une mosquée, puis comme une cathédrale chrétienne. C'est l'un des bâtiments les plus intéressants au monde.

The ruins are very interesting and still surprisingly intact in much of the site. Our guide Pilar was very knowledgeable about the history of the site and specific aspects of it.

This tour was great and really informative. We really learned a lot about the history of the Mezquita and how it has transformed over time across the different eras. Unlike some other tours I did in Spain, this one was worth the money.

Absolutely superb experience, marvellous sites , incredible history. A must do if your in Cordoba, Maria was my guide for the Alcazar which was incredible, she was knowledgeable and such a great guide. The second part of my tour was with Paki for the Mesquit of Cordoba, the Mosque and she was equally great. Very knowledgeable and her explanation of the history was brilliant. Both spoke English well and woukd definitely recommend . The communication on the day of the tour from them was excellent
