A fantastic cooking class. Tour through the local market with Grace was well informed and interesting. The hospitality and friendliness of the whole team on arrival was fantastic. Very professional operation. Geng is a great presenter and knowledgeable about food and excited to pass down his family knowledge. And the food was amazing! Fresh simple and delicious with enough to take home. Eat lunch there and have left overs for dinner! Would book again

Me and my fiancé had an amazing time at the Go Samui Cook today. The day was very well organised with efficient pick up and a nice tour around a local market when you learn about the local produce you then later cook with. The team have everything prepped and weighed out for you so you are never waiting for anything. They are also on hand to answer any questions or help when/if you get stuck. There was only 5 people in our class today and was a great atmosphere as everyone got on really well! This is great for couples, families and individuals as everyone cooks their own food! Thanks again

Our cooking class with Chef Gang was an all-around perfect experience from start to finish. There were three of us (me, my partner, and her daughter) there, and all three of us are completely thrilled. ​Even before cooking, the experience began with an exciting introduction at the local market: Gang explained the various types of vegetables, meats, spices, and the secret of authentic spiciness to us meticulously and with great patience. ​A very special highlight was also his large front garden: Gang grows the majority of the herbs and ingredients used organically himself. With an infectious passion, he led us through the garden, showed us everything that grows there, and explained how to optimally process the fresh ingredients – it doesn't get any fresher or more sustainable! ​The location itself is beautiful and the open cooking arena provides the perfect setting. We prepared four first-class traditional dishes. Gang explains everything so understandably and vividly that cooking it ourselves was a pure pleasure. In terms of taste, every single dish was an absolute revelation! ​Gang's grandma is the secret heart of the whole enterprise. The warmth, dedication, and love with which the two of them introduced us to Thai cuisine, not just in terms of taste but above all with their hearts, touched us deeply. ​The organization was also impeccable: The punctual transfer from the hotel and back worked perfectly. Chef Gang sent us the recipes afterward (even with the offer for further recipe ideas). We are definitely going to cook the dishes at home! ​For those on Koh Samui who want to experience genuine, warm hospitality as well as fantastic food: Unreserved recommendation!

Super relaxed atmosphere, fresh ingredients, and the dishes taste like they are from a restaurant. The explanations were perfect and easy to understand. A huge highlight on Koh Samui – absolute recommendation!

Such a wonderful and authentic experience! Geng and O were so friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing and it was a very good experience learning about the history of Thai food.

It was a most enjoyable learning and cooking experience with such a friendly and informal teaching team. The recipes are simple and the food I cooked was absolutely delicious ! The venue was airy and clean and everything laid out nicely for us to cook . Strongly recommend.

We had a good time. Hosts were lovely. Was a small group of international guests. Enjoyed the cook, the company and the environment. The small meals we cooked ourselves were very nice as well. Not a concern for us but they catered for halal and vegetarians and queried whether anyone had allergies. I recommend not eating before you go and if you do the afternoon booking, you may not need dinner.either.
