Nous sommes Alice et Alex, et nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans notre monde pour un voyage culinaire et viticole unique et pratique. Niché dans la campagne Italienne calme, notre endroit offre le cadre parfait et pittoresque pour ralentir et se connecter. Ensemble, nous plongerons dans les secrets de la cuisine traditionnelle ombrienne, en apprenant l’art de faire des pâtes maison avec seulement des ingrédients frais et locaux. Après la séance de cuisine, l’expérience se poursuit avec une dégustation guidée de vins locaux exceptionnels. En sirotant une sélection sélectionnée dans notre région, nous partagerons l’histoire, la passion et le patrimoine unique derrière le processus de vinification. Enfin, nous nous asseyons ensemble pour savourer les plats que vous avez créés, parfaitement accompagnés de vins exquis. C’est plus qu’une classe, c’est une journée inoubliable de bonne chère, de vins fins et de souvenirs partagés au cœur de l’Italie. Nous ferons une belle promenade autour de Giove avec son château médiéval et son village historique.

We had so so so much fun with Alice, Alex & Bella for the cooking class! From picking us up to dropping us off, we laughed the entire time - they were an absolute joy to be around, we made pasta and ate outside with gorgeous views and there were so many different wines and food for us to taste, it didn’t even really feel like a tourist experience, it just felt like we were hanging out with some friends! Would highly recommend this experience if you’re looking for something a little unique or just to have some fun and eat great food!
We had such an amazing day with Alex and Alice in their gorgeous Southern Umbrian farm home! They are the ultimate hosts and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable, relaxed, having a good time, well fed, well informed, and that our wine glasses were never empty during our pasta making and wine tasting experience! They made a point to highlight fresh from their own garden ingredients as well as meats, cheese, and wines from local producers. They even went above and beyond after our scheduled experience ended and took us on a little walking tour of the charming town of Giove and coordinated with a local vineyard to set up a last minute private tasting! We could not have asked for a more perfect day or better hosts! Thank you, Alex & Alice! :)
Excellent company, wonderful passages a few steps from the eternal city We spent a great time in the company of Alex who shared his knowledge of the area and wine with us. We understood that for him, being a Sommelier is not just a profession but also a PASSION. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all those who want to spend a few days out of town, experiment and learn new things about the Bachus drink.
Amazing experience with Alex and Alice at Casale delle Querce! The cooking, food and wine experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. From the beautiful walk through Giove, to the beautiful views from the terrace at the Casale, our trip to Umbria was breathtaking. The food and wine, all sourced locally, made for one of the best meals we ever tasted. Alex is not only great at choosing and sharing wine knowledge, but is an amazing cook as well. And the pasta making with Alice was so much fun! I can’t wait to share what I learned with my family at home. If you are traveling to Rome and want to try something away from crowds, definitely book this experience. Highly recommend it!
The BEST spontaneous adventure we had during our trip. We had a day with nothing left to see or do and came across Alex wine tasting tour. The four of us decided to spend the day with him and we can’t wait to do it again. The ride to Umbria, sightseeing their town and the people are fantastic. The absolute best wine, delicious food, great company, resourceful and knowledgeable in wines. Looking forward to going back in 2024. Thank you Alex & Alice for the best your experience.
