Cuisiner les vrais Ajarian Khachapuri et Khinkali à la mode des Highlanders
Description
Vous apprendrez à cuisiner le vrai khachapuri "Ajaruli" selon une vieille recette des familles en Ajara (région géorgienne). C'est célèbre tarte au fromage géorgien avec du jaune d'oeuf au centre. Vous ferez le véritable khachapuri d'Ajarian sous la direction de notre cuisinier, et aussi vous ferez des boulettes géorgiennes -"khinkali" dans le style des Highlanders locaux. Pendant le cours, vous entendrez des histoires intéressantes sur la Géorgie, sa culture et ses habitants. Bien sûr, après le cours, vous apprécierez le repas que vous avez cuisiné, avec un verre de délicieux vin maison (inclus dans le prix).

We had a wonderful cooking class and can truly recommend it! The atmosphere was very warm and relaxed. We not only learned how to prepare real Adjarian Khachapuri and Khinkali, but also learned a lot about Georgian cuisine and traditions. Everything was explained very clearly, we could participate ourselves and had a lot of fun doing it. Especially nice was the family-like and heartfelt atmosphere — one feels more like visiting friends than being in a tourist course. Thank you very much for this great experience!

The chef was very personable and the experience was quite fun. We had not read that we needed to come hungry, so if you see this definitely come hungry! There is plenty of food and wine.

The hosts are very fun loving friends who welcomed us as if we were part of their family. We will remember the few hours we had with them as a highlight of our visit to Georgia. The dishes we made were seasoned with story and tradition, making them all the more delicious and authentic.

I absolutely loved this class, and the khinkali and khachapuri were delicious! I have made them many times since returning home. The hosts were incredibly sweet as well! 10/10 recommend!

Very friendly and kind hearted people leading this, and the group setting made it fun. Although, the address is incorrect on Trip Advisor and in the confirmation email. For some reason the Bolt (taxi app) doesn’t understand the address and takes you to the edge of Tbilisi instead.
I had the best time with the hosts and small group. They provided wine and beverages. Both ladies were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire class. Autehbtica hands on cooking class. I truly enjoyed learning from them and the overall experience. I would highly recommend to others.
