Used the Premier Hotel location at Waterloo Station and the process was excellent. Location is around the block from Waterloo Station. The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Most important, my luggage was in the exact location I left it seven days prior, (within a secured room). Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

It is fine enough but you need information like the date you made the booking on which is a bit of a pain when you have the confirmation so having to trail back to find that was annoying when stressed with kids. They also tag your items then make you take a photo of them tagged, you then don't see where your luggage is held so had no idea as to the security of it. All was fine, luggage was returned in the condition we dropped it off in but I didn't feel at peace all day not knowing how and where it was stored.

The reservation did not have an exact address on it and none of the vendors would honor it without the address of the reservation.

It worked well and we felt our laugage was safe but Premier Hub didn't have our details but accepted without a fuss

Magnificent idea that they should implement in all tourist cities. You can leave your bags safe in many places near your accommodation for a much lower price than typical luggage storage locker companies.

I didn’t receive the required ref number to store the luggage. I also paid for 4 adults and they only had 2 on file. Also there was no info saying that the cost was per bag, simply by adult. The hotel luckily was very helpful

Storing our luggage was easy and made our Kensington Garden tour and tea more enjoyable. It would have been difficult to drag our luggage around the gardens and were so happy to have this option.

I reserved online to left my luggage. The address was very easy to find and the service was above expectations. The place also sells souvenirs and I bought some for my family. If I go back sometime, I’ll use it again. Thank you! Grisel Portilla

There was a problem because the ticket only said 5 adults and not the number of bags. The vendor was hesitant and it took us 30 minutes to work it out.

very useful service! stored my bags close to kings cross almost for the whole day and just 6 pounds!
