A wonderful memory! The excursion was incredible. I now know that the color of the water on postcards really exists. I was afraid that 50 min in the water per stop and 4 hours of excursion would be short, but in the end it was enough. I recommend it!
Great excursion, with enough time to enjoy every spot! The guides are kind and accommodating.
The crew is particularly attentive and attentive to passengers. Mood is friendly and the traditional boat has a lot of charm and is perfectly maintained. The program of the day has been extended a little to allow us to visit places less touristic than the Blue Lagoon in addition to it. It was really a fantastic afternoon. What more can I say, except a big thank you. And thank you for showing us other places because the blue Lagoon has really become too crowded.
Great experience for our day at Comino Blue Lagoon! We bought our €15/person tickets at the Marfa Bay pier, in front of the Riviera Hotel. Immediately the boat takes us to cross the channel between the islands of Malta and Comino. Arriving in front of the cliffs of Comino, the captain skilfully engages the front of the boat in the caves dug by the sea in the cliffs of Comino. Then the boat heads towards the bay of the blue lagoon, an area protected from the waves by the surrounding islets. The view is striking: between rocks with pronounced reliefs, white sand and shallow water - 1.50 to 2 m - a paradisiacal blue! We did well to arrive early, because the place attracts a lot of people this October! All kinds of boats loaded with tourists will soon arrive en masse ... We descend by steep stairs to the umbrellas installed on the smallest flat rocks of the shore, we settle on the deckchairs rented 15 € each for the day. The water is fresh when entering, but quickly we evolve pleasantly, we walk on the sand until at least 30 meters from the shore. It is possible to swim across the few dozen meters that separate us from the islet of Cominotto in front, to discover its beach and caves. We are really conquered by this Unreal Mood, turquoise water and white sand, no wave except the eddies of boats arriving and departing: very pleasant sequence! Above the umbrellas, the sellers of pineapples and other exotic drinks, sandwiches of all kinds, are agitated, and the sound is heard... we stayed for three good hours, it was perfect. Our boat, which shuttles between the islands, returns to pick us up and return to Marfa Bay.
After looking at many boat tours I decided on this one because it was smaller and I thought it was nicer. I think I got it right. There were bigger ships with a lot of people on board but in ours we were a smaller group. We were sitting in front and I loved the experience. 4 hours journey in a beautiful traditional boat to know wonders of the Maltese coast and 3 stops to take a swim for only 20€. It's worth a lot.
Ok where to start. The meeting point was just down the stairs of the Cirkewwa cafe where a group of people in blue shirts will come and find you. The boat was a nice size and it was filled but not overcrowded. While this is not a tour, our “captain was very kind each time we stopped to explain in a few words our surroundings. Speaking of, the captain and the other two young guys “leading” the boat were all extremely friendly! Now, about the itinerary - 5 stops total (3 x swimming and 2 x pictures). All the three swimming stops were insanely pretty and I really appreciated how we always tried to park the boat in less busy areas. The waters were immaculate and it was a nice touch to have (for free) the floating tubes. Pure relax! Overall the experience was a 10/10! I went alone and at first scared of feeling lonely but it turned out that’s the best decision I made while visiting Malta. Highly suggested. I left on a Sunday at 1:30pm and got back around 5:30pm.
Thank you to Jonathan and his team for a fantastic morning. We loved the small boat, small group tour. Jonathan always made sure all sides of the boat had the chance to look at the sights and take photos by manoeuvring the boat around. He got into places the bigger boats wouldnt be able to go. He always told us what we were seeing and asked if everyone was ok or needed anything. The three swimming spots were amazing, the water so incredibly clear and clean. There are drinks available to buy on board and you can rent a mask and snorkle. We loved it and would highly recommended Jonathan and his team for a trip to Comino and Gozo.
We spent about 4 hours visiting various locations mentioned in the description. The highlight was definitely the snorkeling. We even saw dolphins out at sea! The boat was small and manageable, and we could rent snorkeling gear directly on board. There was time to relax on land, though not at the Blue Lagoon. Short explanations were given throughout, and we also visited some caves. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip.
Great experience for a couple with 5 and 7 years old kids. Lots of fun on the boat and in the water. The crew provided us with swimming noodles and life jackets for the kids and a professional guided tour. Great value for money! If only I could, I would give 6 stars.
Jonathan and his crew were attentive and provided all the support and information we needed during the cruise. We were given ample time to swim and explore around the different swimming spots and had a wonderful afternoon. I would recommend this cruise.
