- POUR ENTRER AU COLISÉE ET AU FORUM EST OBLIGATOIRE DE PRÉSENTER UNE IDENTIFICATION OU UN PASSEPORT VALIDE POUR TOUS LES VISITEURS, ADULTES ET MOINS DE 18 ANS (une photo de la pièce d'identité/passeport est également acceptée). Les noms sur le passeport ou la pièce d'identité doivent correspondre au nom fourni au moment de la réservation pour pouvoir entrer avec succès au Colisée et au Forum romain.
- Tous les visiteurs doivent passer un contrôle de sécurité obligatoire qui peut prendre un certain temps en fonction du nombre de personnes visitant le monument ce jour-là. Aux heures de pointe ou en haute saison, le temps d'attente aux contrôles de sécurité peut être important et n'a aucun rapport avec la file d'attente des billets.
- Les visites se dérouleront quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques, sauf si le monument est fermé par les autorités pour des raisons de sécurité.
- LES ARRIVÉES TARDIVES SONT CONSIDÉRÉES SANS PRÉSENTATION, ce qui n'est PAS REMBOURSABLE et ne peut pas non plus être reporté. Les réservations ont une heure d'entrée spécifique, après quoi elles expirent et ne sont plus valables. Si vous réservez une visite guidée , vous ne pouvez entrer qu'avec le groupe , vous ne pouvez pas entrer seul.

Enzo was great at communicating information about changes to the tickets. Simona was our guide and she was fantastic. She shared information that you would not find in a guide book. She took an active interest in making sure we learned about the history or Rome and also gave us some good recommendations on places to eat. She had an absolute passion for history and it made the tour more fun!
Samantha was very good in explaining and guiding us in the visit to the Colosseum!!! We will definitely call you back for another guided tour

This was the best way to see the Colosseum. Simona was our guide and she did a fabulous job. Very informative and included many stories to explain and give you a visual of the original structures. She had a binder of photos so you could see what many sites looked like in their original form. You could tell she loved her job and truly had passion. The best tour guide we had on our trip to Italy.

Eraldo was our tour guide and he was wonderful. Phenomenal amount of information of the Colusseum. Definitely worth every penny and showed us around the great sights with little graphics showing depictions of the architecture and reconstructions of this wonder of the world. Beautiful tour!

At first we weren’t sure But!!!! Nasir was awesome with helping us every step of the way until we met our guide Marco Marcos enthusiasm was incredible and his knowledge was unbelievable We were impressed and loved every second of it and highly recommend them both and fyi I don’t always write reviews but I had to because they were great
