- La visite de la Rome antique implique des étapes et beaucoup de marche sur chemin inégal en particulier dans le Forum romain . Nous suggérons fortement des chaussures plates confortables. Cette visite ne convient pas à toute personne ayant subi une chirurgie récente, ayant un handicap et aux personnes en fauteuil roulant en raison du niveau de la rue , du niveau de la rue et des marches.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly but it was very difficult to find the meeting point. Once we finally found it, a man took us to meet the tour guide but the tour had already started. Not very well organized
The tour operator changed the tone from 10am to 9am. When we arrived early at the appointed time, the operator said we were late. We received front screen reminders from Viator the previous day and the morning of the tour that we should be there @ 10am. The “refund” process must be followed and we wonder if we’re even going to be refunded for something we were not at fault for.
Poor communication on where to meet for the tour. We got lost trying to find the meeting point. Actual meeting point was not at the colosseum. Tour was suppose to be an hour and took 2 1/2 hours.
This was a great tour of the Forum, Palestine Hill, and the Colosseum. Finding the guide to get the tickets was easy. The directions on the voucher were very specific. Georgio, our guide was very knowledgeable and interactive. He posed questions all along the tour to give you a better understanding of the area, events, and history of this ancient place. This is a several hour tour and there was not many places to sit down, but with all that there is to see there really is no time to rest. Good walking shoes are a must. There is little shade so consider what you wear, especially if it is a hot day. Bring water, if it is hot. We brought a small backpack, which was acceptable. It was searched before entering the Colosseum. We really enjoyed the tour!
Do not book, this is a total scam. They will update your scheduled tour time and combine tours based on attendance at their convenience with no notice. They ask for a number to call and text but only sent a whatsapp message that we did not receive. Unless you have all day to check your WhatsApp and then change your plans to accommodate their time changes, you won't get to attend the tour that you booked and they will refuse to refund you. They don't actually offer tours every 30 minutes and THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION and reschedule you on an earlier tour with no notice except a Whatsapp message from an unknown number and then they will claim that you were late/didn't show.

Our tour guide was awesome! Very well organized, funny and very knowledgeable! The tour was well worth the cost.
Generally poorly organized. More like a cattle run. Half of our group got separated from the herd and no way to find them except head for the exit
sometimes in high season the colosseum its very crowded, and we work for give the best service for all our customers
They brought us forward the visit from 10 a.m. to 9 a.m., but the guide arrived at 10:30 a.m. 1.30 hour sit-in in the sun, (no explanation why) we had to move until we reached the coliseum 10 more meters, so the visit started 1 hour and 40 minutes later, running all the time, not allowing us to see anything, the visit lasted 3 h summarized it in 1h 20 at most.... apart from that the guide dedicated himself to giving us his political opinions that don't matter at all, instead of explaining what we were going to see, he didn't even tell us where the fountains were with a heat of justice...not recommended

Our guide Natalia was phenomenal. I felt her passion and enjoy the rich history. The tour was messy at certain parts but not her fault. A couple guests in the group also disappeared with the headsets leaving her in a difficult situation. The meeting point for us was directly outside the churn by the colosseum not the tour office.
