Avec notre instructeur natif, vous découvrirez la cuisine thaïlandaise authentique tout en vous renseignant sur les modes de vie traditionnels. Dans le cadre du cours du matin, vous visiterez un marché local, découvrirez les herbes et les ingrédients thaïlandais et apprendrez à cuisiner 4 plats, y compris la préparation quotidienne de pâte de curry maison à partir de zéro. Notre cours initie l'étudiant à la démonstration de techniques de cuisine de base et plus avancées, fournit des instructions étape par étape pour cuisiner les plats thaïlandais les plus populaires et laisse beaucoup de temps de pratique aux clients pour cuisiner et manger de délicieux plats thaïlandais.

It's the authentic taste!!
A class starts with five Japanese people and people from Taiwan. They will take me to the market only for the morning classes. I made green curry, tom yum soup, mango sticky rice, and pad thai. I was surprised when I looked back and saw that the tools I had just used were neatly put away because the staff were working so carefully. The taste is quite salty for Japanese people. I thinned the tom yum out quite a bit with water after it was finished. It was so much fun when I made it at home, so I thinned it out♪

A true moment of happiness, very informative about Thai cuisine
This is our third edition and we never get tired of it. Once the class is done, the meal is certainly the best in Bangkok. Thanks to the whole team of assistants who make sure that this moment is as pleasant as possible. Perfect hygiene in this school. It's a real pleasure.

Ant is the instructor and she did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable, funny and friendly. She explained each ingredient in detail. I would highly recommend.

Amazing cooking school
Amazing experience! Got taken to the market for a wonderful explanation of where the ingredients have come from and how they were made. Nancy (our teacher) was so friendly and welcoming, teaching us how to make several dishes of varying spice levels so suitable for anyone. Would recommend everyone to visit Songpong!
