Service d'arrivée (ne s'applique pas aux réservations de départ uniquement) : Après avoir quitté votre avion à l'aéroport Norman Manley de Kingston, vous serez accueilli par votre représentant du Club Kingston tenant une pancarte personnalisée. Déplacez-vous à travers les douanes et l'immigration avec une voie rapide. Remplissez les formulaires d'immigration et vous serez guidé à travers la ligne accélérée. Ensuite, votre hôte vous aidera à récupérer vos bagages à la récupération des bagages. Passez par la ligne douanière accélérée. Vous serez escorté jusqu'à votre voyagiste ou votre moyen de transport privé. Salle de départ (ne s'applique pas aux réservations à l'arrivée uniquement) : enregistrez-vous pour votre vol et dirigez-vous vers la ligne accélérée de sécurité et d'immigration. Présentez votre bon pour un accès rapide. Ensuite, dirigez-vous vers la mezzanine pour entrer dans la salle d'embarquement du Club Kingston. Profitez du Wi-Fi haut débit, des téléviseurs à écran plat, des magazines, des journaux ou des salles de conférence. Snackez des fruits frais, des sandwichs, des tapas, des sushis, des pâtisseries, puis sirotez un café/thé chaud, une boisson froide ou une boisson alcoolisée ! I have mostly had a great experience with Club Kingston. The cost is reasonable for the benefits. The atmosphere is always lovely, the service is great, and the staff is cordial. I like that you have seating options, a bar and good food. I always make sure to use the lounge when I am travelling.

Variety of food and drinks - great staff who were friendly and helpful. The area was very clean, bright and inviting with zoned areas which cater for different needs and requirements. Would definitely recommend and will be using again when next in Kingston

It was ok great pick up as I exited the plane . First time thing through arrival not much of a selection of good.. coffee was cold , milk difficult to pour.. bathroom use I had to exit the lounge …

Our flight was delayed and it was a nice and comfortable space to be with the family. The staff were kind. Place is clean and well maintained. Food was good. It helped to take the stress off our delayed flight and long journey.

No reservation was found for me. Food selection was very limited. Catered mostly to vegetarians. Drinks and staff were amazing.

I booked the club kingston arrival on the 30th of July, coming in from Cayman, but the service did not happen, despite my credit card was charged for the service. I need someone to contact me to reimburse my account.
