So fun, great vibes, we forget the names of the two gentlemen who guided us but they were absolutely amazing.
This was an extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of over $600. The seas were incredibly rough, and almost everyone onboard was sick. One woman was vomiting over the side of the boat, and most of the passengers just wanted the trip to end and head back. My 11-year-old son became very seasick, and while the crew was pulling out beverages for themselves, I asked if my son could please have a bottle of water. I was told “no” because he needed a license to serve it, which was frustrating and lacked any compassion. I also purchased the photo package, and the pictures were terrible. They were taken from so far away that you couldn’t even recognize who was in them—our faces were completely dark and impossible to make out. It was a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, each person was only in the air for a few minutes before the ride was over. During the trip, the boat slammed hard coming off a wave, causing both my daughter and me to injure our necks. That reflects very poorly on the captain’s handling of the boat in those conditions. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of tipping both crew members $50 each before seeing the photos or realizing how disappointing the experience would be. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts and booked with Chute Em Up instead. I had an excellent experience with them years ago, including fantastic photos and a much more enjoyable trip. I would not recommend this excursion based on my experience.
Harrison and Troy were fantastic. Funny as heck and very welcoming. They did a killer job and made this a fantastic experience for me and my son.
