Vous ne pouvez pas visiter l'Italie sans essayer au moins un plat de pâtes... Alors, on va vous apprendre ! Apprenez à rouler les 'sfoglia' (pâtes fraîches) à la main et à préparer 2 sortes de pâtes simples et différentes avec votre hôte local. Comme cerise sur le gâteau, vous apprendrez à préparer aussi l'emblématique Tiramisu. Partagez votre passion pour la cuisine italienne en vous faisant de nouveaux amis dans ce cours de cuisine pratique. C'est une excellente façon de vraiment découvrir la culture italienne. Alfredo and Orlanda hosted us and treated us as their family members. They trained us how to cook using local ingredients from their garden. It was an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you and hope to see you again!
Dina and her family were wonderful, they made us feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as we walked into their home. Making the food and then eating the food we made was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy. I recommend this experience to anyone thinking of booking this class.
We booked an evening with Dina and her family, to cook and dine with them. Right from the start we felt very welcome and enjoyed making the ravioli and tiramisu. With the clear instructions we made some delicious pasta! Another thing we liked was the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere and Dinas company.
We had a fantastic experience learning how to make 2 delicious pasta dishes and tiramisu. Chef Banco was very gracious. I would have loved the recipes for what we made either printed or emailed to us and gained better understanding of what and why we were using the ingredients and methods we used. Language was a barrier, even though their were others at the dinner who spoke some English. Altogether a very memorable experience. Thank you Chef Banco. 💕
Rolling pasta the traditional way, was so much fun and informative. And delicious. Such a great experience with a wonderful family.
Cooking with our host Tania was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all of my expectations. Tania welcomed me and my sister into her home as if we were family. We spent the day making fresh pasta with herbs from her garden and the most delicious tiramisu. Her whole family (husband, mother, daughter, pets!) came to cook with us and it made the experience so special. The pasta and tiramisu we made were excellent, but the feeling of being welcomed into their home was what made it truly memorable. Tania gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip that we would have missed on our own. An incredible experience with flavors and feelings we will always remember!
