Would not wait until I got off the cruise ship
The company who was picking us up would not wait for us to get off the ship, when I told them that getting off was going slowly, they immediately said they would wait 15 minutes if I agreed to pay the driver $40 in cash. I agreed however, the 15 minutes passed and we were still on the ship, I texted the company and stated that I wanted them to wait for me and I would pay the cost for them to wait. They said no and left, I lost the cost for this pickup and had to pay another company $250 euro to get me to Rome.?

the story is a bit different ... driver waited 1 hour and 45 minutes by the ship for you ... clearly he was not able to wait more and he left

Great cruise transfer
Great experience. Picked us up right outside the terminal with a name sign. Driver was very good and got us to our destination worry free

Driver was at the port with a sign with my name and easy to see. Got to the airport in plenty of time to make our flight.

Great quick transfer
This was the perfect transfer to the airport. Our friendly driver showed up in front of the terminal and welcomed us. We got a big van with plenty of space and were able to get the airport very quickly like 44 minutes. Thank you again!

Clean & Great AC
Van was clean, air conditioning worked great, nice polite driver. It wasn't an old beater van like we had with our trip to Ephesus.

Fun, Delicious Night
We had an amazing time on the Twilight Trastevere Rome Food Tour with our guide, Giorgia. Every stop was delicious, and she did a wonderful job sharing the history and culture behind the food and the neighborhood. She made the tour informative, fun, and engaging from start to finish. It was the perfect way to spend an evening in Rome, and we discovered several places we never would have found on our own. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Giorgia as your guide, you’re in for a great experience!

Our driver was great! She communicated with us prior to pick-up from port, as well as the morning of. She was friendly, professional, and got us to our hotel quickly and safely. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for transport to or from port.
