Maintenant, nous allons traverser le port et prendre notre vedette rapide pour visiter le phénomène le plus impressionnant des deux rivières qui se côtoient sans mélanger ses eaux, nous aurons une explication complète à ce sujet;
Nous nous dirigerons vers le village flottant où toutes les maisons, écoles, églises, bars, restaurants, etc. sont tous construits sur des bûches pour flotter sur le lac;
Il est maintenant temps de débarquer dans une ferme piscicole flottante et de rencontrer les plus grandes espèces de poissons écaillés du monde, les fameux pirarucu (arapaima gigas), nous jouerons avec eux avec une canne à pêche sans hameçons, nous ne leur faisons pas mal;

Both parts of this experience were equally fun and so organized and well done. Both guides -Erivando and Denis are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We are very impressed by guide’s ability to speak English.
Thank you so much for your feedback Best regards, Milton Fernandes
One guide showed us the Opera House -OMG. the yellow house, driving around the city explaining the history and see the Banana and Fish markets. Then we were handed off to our boat captain and 2nd English speaking guide. Both English speaking guides were wonderful. Our boat captain knew where the animals were and found 3 sloths, a howler monkey and two iguanas. Because it was raining we did not get to see the meeting of the waters, however the young guide encouraged us to put our hands in the river and we could feel the difference of temperature of the Amazon and Rio Negro rivers and exactly where they met!
Thank you so much for your feedback We're happy to see that you had a good time with us. Best regards Milton Fernandes
We took this on the last day of our stay at Manaus. As per listed Itinerary the tour starts at 8 AM, for 7 hours. Accordingly we were supposed to return by 3 PM. We had a flight at 6 PM from Manaus to Sao Paulo and thought there will be enough time for us to catch the flight on time. After making the booking I got in touch with the tour provider and he replied that we will return in time to take the flight. On the day of the tour we finished the city tour and got into the boat for the river tour. On checking with others in the boat we came to know that the boat would return at 5 PM. When I informed the guide that we needed to return by 3 PM, he said that he can't do anything about it and wd contact the tour provider after arriving at the Lunch place. When contacted the tour provider he started giving different meaning to our WhatsApp chat and bluntly told that he can't do anything about it and we would return only by 5 PM. It was very scary situation for us as we had an International flight to return home the very next day. We thought of hiring a private boat to return and the tour guide helped us in getting one at 250 BRL. We arrived on time to Manaus and transported to our hotel from the Jetty, also dropped to the airport by the Tour provider. Afterwards he immediately changed the tour time to 9 hrs. What was upsetting for us that we were left to fend for ourselves on a foreign land, that to in the middle of a river. The tour provider could have arranged our return and asked us to pay for it. A few bucks extra doesn't hurt, but the way he refused to take any responsibility was very hard for us. It left a very bitter taste about Manaus, which otherwise we loved.
I am sorry for the misunderstanding But on our WhatsApp conversation we had on march 25th (the tour happened two months later, on may 9th) you asked about the time the tour would end and I said it was at 5pm. you said your flight was at 6:15pm my reply was that we would be able to drop you straight to the airport (from downtown to the airport it takes less than 30 minutes) you could have simply cancelled your reservation but you didn't so we were all set. then in the middle of the tour, from the restaurant that we had wifi at lunch time you simply requested to be picked from there, in the middle of a lake in the amazon river, in the amazon jungle you decide that you want to be picked at 1pm that's a too big change on plans and it was not possible because it wasn't a private tour and we had others on the same tour so we had to follow the schedule in respect to them. regards, Milton Fernandes
Very well organized! Careful and responsible guides. Very safe. Excellent landscapes and very pleasant moments. I highly recommend.
Muito obrigado por seu feedback Abraços. Milton Fernandes
So fascinating. The Opera House was fantastic. The river trip blew our minds. Saw amazing sights, caimans, fillings and monkeys. The pirarucú fish farm was surprising and exciting. It’s hard to get a sense of the scale of the river environments if you don’t get out on it.
Thank you so much for your feedback on your experience Best regards Milton Fernandes
The guide was really informative & patient, which he needed to be as their were a couple of bad mannered feeling entitled Americans on our tour, the 2nd half was river tour was brilliant, well worth the money
Thank you for your feedback ☺️ Best regards Milton Fernandes
We've been forgotten. 40 minutes later, I asked why no one was coming. The tour leader said we cancelled the trip, which was not true. Morning tour was very boring although the guide tried hard. I missed the visit to the Opera and others.
I’m sorry if you don’t trust about the truth in your reservation. There was somehow an email saying you’d canceled it. But as soon as you called me I went straight to your big and you did not miss any activity. The Amazonas theater was closed because of the carnival and we can’t control the decisions of the government.
Great way to see Manaus and the Amazon. Well planned and guides were very informative. Not for people with mobility issues.
Thank you so much for your feedback. Best regards Milton Fernandes

This is a wonderful tour to introduce you to the fascinating city of Manaus, the banana market, the opera house, the amazing Negro and Amazon rivers and so much more! The guides were on-time, interesting and were very fluent in English. Lunch was delicious. The boat ride was fun. This is a great tour! So much to see and do. Well worth your time and money!
