The cruise was delightful and relaxing. The buffet lunch was exceptionally good. The only draw back was the directions to the meeting point weren’t clear.
Good food and a good time with office staff. Water and air quality was good this day.
The lunch was awful. Food looked old .what we paid was not worth it. Would not recommend this adventure
Everything was nice, the atmosphere, the music, the food, and Adam our waiter
This was an amazing experience! The boat, staff, management and the incredible food. I brought two friends who have never visited Chicago and they could not believe how wonderful this cruise was. They described it as an experience of a lifetime. The staff is excellent and readily available to fulfill your every need. You must out this on your list if things to do in Chicago..you create excellent memories!
Food served was well prepared and tasteful. Crew was professional and friendly. Music was too loud and made conversation difficult. Crew turned it down a bit but could have been lower and still entertaining. Suggest raising it for dancing after lunch. Bathrooms lacked a receptacle for paper towels.
It was well organized and efficient. Food selection was great: salmon, pork and birria chicken. There was a DJ! Everyone danced, smiled and enjoyed the awesome views and perfect weather! And shout out to the host staff (Bre) for her attention to detail and ingenuity! Very pleasant experience! We'll be back!
This review is mixed. Difficult in locating the boat. The ticket aspect was confusing. I received an electronic ticket but I had to exchange it for a paper ticket. Waiting in a long line when this should have been done electronically was frustrating. My mix review is because the staff was great! The cruise time was good. The atmosphere and crowd size were very good. Nice boat too. On the day we went it rained but that didn’t damper the experience. Drinks were good and food was adequate. However, I learned there were two types of reservations but I didn’t see that as an option when we booked this through TripAdvisor. There were a lot of guest from out of state, being a resident, I hope the cruise proved favorable and showed Chicago in a positive light.
Our experience was absolutely amazing. The trips and service was beautiful…. The staff on the cruise was friendly, welcoming and nice…
Bought our tickets online ahead of time and had them ready to go, but that didn’t matter. Everyone was funneled to a single ticket counter to get a printed ticket, and there was exactly one person working it, pulling each ticket from a rolodex. So we stood in a long line in the heat for something we’d already paid for and could show on our phones. Once we finally had the paper ticket, we got to stand in a second long line to actually board. A simple checklist, or honestly any modern check-in process, would have fixed the whole thing. I’ve done a comparable lunch cruise in London and it was a far smoother operation. The boat itself was a party boat. Loud DJ music the entire time, and the cabin was hot. We couldn’t go outside because of the lightning and rain, so we were stuck inside with it. Trapped, really. The lunch was buffet style and not good, and if the ticketing was any indication, you can guess how organized the buffet was. The servers weren’t attentive and didn’t know the drink menu or even the basic wines they were pouring. I wouldn’t recommend this one unless your idea of a lunch cruise is dancing to early 2010s club songs.
