They sent two different meeting points and did not show up to either by 3pm. Called company, weee told to go to the exit and the guide would meet us there by 3:15 Had to buy tickets at gate.

They advised that you could have joined the 16:45 PM session if you were still at the meeting point. However, we understand that a refund had already been requested and processed through Viator. We would also like to clarify that the 15:15 PM session operated as scheduled, with 19 participants successfully joining the activity. We are currently investigating the matter further from our side.
