Our 12-day tour of Sri Lanka was a great experience. As a group of 5 from Poland, this was our first time in Asia, and Ceylon Paradise Travels made it seamless and stress-free. Our driver/guide Vimukthi was very professional and attentive. Despite the chaotic traffic, we felt completely safe with him. He always dropped us off in safe spots, helped us to cross busy streets, and assisted in communicating with locals. He was flexible, open to our suggestions, never rushed us, and created a great atmosphere. Our trvel agent Janani was also highly professional and helpful. She responded quickly to all our messages, easily implemented our suggestions, and helped us book a hotel for the days after the tour ended. We had professional, English-speaking guides at every attraction. We highly recommend Vimukthi and Janami for anyone visiting Sri Lanka!

We had seven great and interesting days on our round trip through Sri Lanka. Everything was very well organized and the destinations were well chosen. The highlight was the two safaris. Everything always worked out great and we were also able to express individual requests. The selected hotels were okay. In particular, we would like to thank Wasa, who drove us safely and quickly to all destinations, shared a lot of information with us in addition to the guide, and accompanied us on hikes.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Chamikka from Ceylon Tours during our family trip to Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, Chamikka made everything easy, enjoyable and completely stress-free. He took us on all of our chosen excursions and was always happy to be flexible when we wanted to change our itinerary or make adjustments along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Some of our favourite experiences included the breathtaking sunrise hike up Sigiriya Rock, which was truly unforgettable, the incredible elephant safari, and the beautiful temple visits that gave us a real appreciation for Sri Lanka's history and culture. Every day, Chamikka took us to fantastic restaurants with excellent food choices, allowing us to experience authentic local cuisine. The hotels selected for us throughout the trip were also exceptional. Our favourite was the Tea Bush Hotel in Ramboda, which was simply stunning and a highlight of our stay. Chamikka's local knowledge, professionalism and friendly nature made a huge difference to our trip and helped create memories that will last a lifetime. He is a real credit to Ceylon Tours and we cannot thank him enough for everything he did for us. We highly recommend Ceylon Tours to anyone planning a visit to Sri Lanka and would not hesitate to travel with them again in the future.

We were able to spend 7 wonderful days in Sri Lanka, thanks to Randy, our great tour guide, we saw a lot of Sri Lanka and also learned much about it. It was fantastic, very impressive, and thanks to Randy, everything was super organized. Our driver Wasa was also perfect; he drove us very safely and always with a smile through Sri Lanka. We will never forget this week. Thank you very much for the great time with both of you; we had a lot of fun.

The tour was enjoyable; we were able to customise it by removing some activities and adding others, We were able to successfully visit every sight, and we had our opinions and wants considered by our guide Oshan. Our guide was knowledgeable on both the sights and good resteraunts in the area.

Booking was not easy when we want to change destination, but nevertheless they were responsive via whatsapp. The tour operator did not explain each destination clearly, so you have to do your own research. Make sure that you check each destination and the accompanied admission fees as they are excluded. Some of the places felt like scam, such as the turtle conservation and bentota boat ride. Although this is not the operator’s responsibility, most of the hotel did not offer good food, except for Tamarine Tree hotel. But in general, all hotel rooms were good. Our guide Chanaka was a good accompanion. He was on time, drove safely and explained sufficiently. We highly recommend Chanaka as your guide.

A very pleasant first-time experience in Sri Lanka. We had a truly wonderful holiday with Ceylon Paradise Travel and everything was thoughtfully planned and very well arranged from start to finish.
