La cathédrale Sainte-Mère Teresa de Pristina est une cathédrale catholique romaine en cours de construction à Pristina, au Kosovo. En 2007, le gouvernement du Kosovo a approuvé les plans du bâtiment. La cathédrale est dédiée à la religieuse et missionnaire catholique albano-indienne, Sainte Thérèse de Calcutta.
Les Albanais du Kosovo tenaient à remercier l'ancien président américain Bill Clinton pour son aide dans leur lutte contre le gouvernement yougoslave. Une statue de 10 pieds de haut (3,0 m) de Clinton a été dévoilée sur le boulevard le 1er novembre 2009, lors d'une cérémonie au cours de laquelle l'ancien président a pris la parole.
Le trésor ethnologique du Kosovo est un musée ethnographique à Pristina, au Kosovo. Il est situé dans le complexe Emin Gjiku, un monument culturel du XVIIIe siècle. Cette maison appartenait autrefois à la famille d'Emin Gjikolli.
Le musée du Kosovo est le musée national du Kosovo, situé dans la ville de Pristina. Fondé en 1949 par les autorités yougoslaves, c'est le plus grand musée du Kosovo, situé dans un bâtiment de style austro-hongrois de 1889 qui servait auparavant de quartier général du haut commandement militaire.
La mosquée impériale, également connue sous le nom de mosquée du roi, est une mosquée ottomane située à Pristina, au Kosovo. Il a été construit en 1461 par le sultan Mehmed II.
Bibliothèque nationale du Kosovo à Prishtina. Réfléchissant sur le patrimoine diversifié et l'esprit culturel distinct de la région, l'architecte croate Andrija Mutnjakovic a créé une expression architecturale nationale authentique lorsqu'il a conçu le bâtiment en 1971.
Ce monument massif a été dévoilé le jour où le Kosovo a déclaré son indépendance de la Serbie.
En 1917, les Autrichiens ont construit une place publique, là où se trouve aujourd'hui la place Skanderbeg.
Ibrahim Rugova était un dirigeant politique, un universitaire et un écrivain albanais du Kosovo, qui a été président de la République partiellement reconnue du Kosovo, de 1992 à 2000 et président du Kosovo de 2002 jusqu'à sa mort en 2006.
La tour de l'horloge a été construite au 19ème siècle par Jashar Pacha.
La mosquée Carshia, le plus ancien bâtiment de Pristina, a été construite sous le règne du sultan Murad II au XVe siècle.
Le stade Fadil Vokrri, anciennement connu sous le nom de Prishtina City Stadium, est un stade polyvalent à Prishtina, au Kosovo, qui est principalement utilisé pour les matchs de football et est le terrain du FC Prishtina et de l'équipe nationale de football du Kosovo. Great tour. Very good balance between free time and guided tour. Great transportation. All main sights covered. Very flexible service. We had to reschedule our tour just a day in advance due to a flight cancellation and are super happy that they could accommodate our requests with such short notice.

This trip is really worth taking, Kosovo and Prishtina are very interesting. Aphrodite was a great tour guide. As it turned out it was just us two with the guide and it was a perfect private tour.

I enjoyed my tour with Aphrodite. I received a message beforehand from her, so I felt very comfortable that I will be at the right spot at the right time. She is a wealth of information on the topics of North Macedonia, Kosovo, and former Yugoslavia. I asked a ton of questions because no region in Europe has had as much changes as these countries. I got to see and do all that I wanted. If you make it to Skopje, I believe it is a must to schedule this day trip. I'm not much of a shopper, but trust me when I tell you.... Kosovo has some really good shopping deals...I mean to good to pass up!

I've hesitated to write this review because I commend anyone who's industrious and entrepreneurial and works hard to make a living. However, I've reflected on my experience and feel it's important to document it in the hope the circumstances that impacted my trip aren't repeated. After booking the trip with Aphrodite through this website, I arrived at the tour to find there was one other customer who had booked his place directly with Aphrodite. He asked me how much I'd paid for my experience and it turns out he'd been charged more than me even though he'd negotiated the deal direct. Long story short, this resulted in this man challenging our guide about the discrepancy while we were all in the car and the resulting sustained argument was uncomfortable to observe (and to have unwittingly played a part in through no fault of my own). I won't go into any more details, but I didn't like what I was exposed to, and I paid a premium fee to ensure this was a great, informative day out. This significant drama heavily impacted that.

While we strive to provide an enjoyable and informative experience for every traveler, I understand that the incident you described would have impacted the atmosphere of the tour. Our tour to Pristina is not a private tour so that's why there was one more passenger on this tour. This passenger booked a tour to Pristina and the Bear sanctuary that's why the price for the other customer was higher. At the end of the tour as you witnessed the customer refuse to pay for the service. That was what the argument was about and as you mentioned you were feeling uncomfortable and it was not your fault, I would like to say that it was beyond my control, and caught me off guard making me feel very uncomfortable as well. I can sympathise with your situation, however to receive one star rating due to the difficulties of another customer rudeness seems unfair. I would like to apologise for my reaction as I understand it was not very professional in the moment. With that being said Balkan Explore would appreciate if you would consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the seamless, positive experience we are known for.
