- Les services de transport entre les villes (Calafate-Puerto Natales, Puerto Natales-Punta Arenas et Punta Arenas-Ushuaia) seront assurés par des bus locaux.
- Les transports entre les gares routières et les hôtels ne sont pas inclus. Les taxis coûtent environ 7 USD. C’est la responsabilité du voyageur d’arriver à la gare routière conformément à nos indications.
- Toutes les exigences particulières doivent être notifiées au moment de la réservation. Des visites supplémentaires et des nuits supplémentaires peuvent être ajoutées à l'itinéraire d'origine sur demande préalable.

Overall, I gave the tour a rating of 5 but it isnt perfect. Some hotels were excellent, others were a little less so. All the tour operators and guides were Amazing. The biggest thing you should know when booking this tour is it isn't really one (1) tour, its about 6-7. And in many cases you are on your own to get to the place to be picked up...like the bus station where you travel between cities. This was a surprise to me. Maybe i didn't read the instructions well enough. This made the trip a little more intimidating, but it worked out and we don't regret taking it. If I had a chance to rate them differently it would be a 4.8.

The experience was not worth the Penalty the value for money quality does not justify u. Boat ride is what I definitely don't stir it myself.

This was an amazing experience. The itinerary was fantastic and includes some incredible experiences in Patagonia. It is a good mix of free time and organised tours. I would highly recommend this trip.
SALAUN tour from the Altiplano to Patagonia Local tour operator AMAHUACA ARGENTINA perfect in carrying out the circuit: quality of French-speaking guides, quality of sites and accommodation. Domestic flights on comfortable regular lines. On the other hand, Salaun and its local representative Roussel Voyages were completely defective in terms of the transfer from Paris to Buenos Aires via Madrid. 13 hours of flight with Air Europa low cost company which offers over 13 hours of travel a mini meal tray (non-airtight dish) pasta covered with aluminum foil, a piece of bread, a plate of butter, a chocolate brownie and a liquid cup. Breakfast a partially filled cup with coffee without any other accompaniments. The commercial proposal established with the local agency mentions a regular IBERIA type company, therefore non-compliance with contractual commitments. I contacted the local agency who should inquire with Salaun. I will update my comment based on upcoming events. (Service for 2 people 13,000 euros we could at least obtain a regular flight, we have never suffered this kind of inconvenience during much less expensive trips)

We spent 21 days in a four-wheel drive car from Puerto Varas to Punta Arenas. What we have seen and experienced there is really only the expression “dreamy”. Nice people, nice and special accommodation, as well as a landscape where you could not get tired of seeing each other.

This 13-day package, there’re about 6 days on your own or the travel agent arranged you on local bus from city to city, no pick up from accommodation and bus stop, all on your own expenses. If you are on transfer from city to city and that count one day of package. Accommodations on this package were cheap arranged, no starts hotel, far from the “town”. Very inconvenient. I will not recommend any tours, packages that offer/arrange by Say Hueque travel agent based in Buenos Aires Argentina,
13 days, there’re many days, transfer hotel to bus station, meeting point on your own, meaning need to pay from what you had paid advance. Hotels are small and cheap. Not worth it at all. There’re many improvements those travel agents need to put effort.
