With this agency, we have the round trip transfer, the city tour by bus in the morning, entry to The Edge, and dinner at the restaurant Via Toscana in Hell's Kitchen. Everything was perfect and respected. I lacked planning information when departing from France, but that is not their responsibility; it is the travel agency that did not provide the details. The guide Maria for the bus tour (in French) was excellent, especially since there were only two of us among the tourists! Very kind and generous in sharing > Thank you, Maria.
“Fantastic experience! The tour was well organized and engaging, but the real added value was Luigi, our guide: prepared, nice and passionate. He was able to tell New York with curious anecdotes and useful tips, making every stop even more special. Highly recommended!”
We visited many observatories, if not all, we went to the madison square garden and then we toured almost the whole city and saw 2 bridges that of Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridge, we saw the 9/11 Memorial museum, UN building (send email for the Guide if it is available in the language you want and see if it is possible to visit), we managed to take a walk to the Central Park, and see the lobby of the Plaza Hotel (where they filmed Mom I got lost in New York). Luckily the week was good weather, bring very comfortable shoes.
Nice tour of the city center, with a guide, Renée, who explained in Italian and French as there were both nationalities on board the bus. Various stops including Little Italy (with a decent espresso at the Ferrara bar) and the world trade center where we were moved by the memory of what happened on 09/11/01. Advised.
Mediocre tour: it shows the main points of interest of New York, however the guide spoke Italian poorly, appeared listless and tired. He conducted the tour without enthusiasm, giving very little information without particular added value and intolerant of additional questions. The Our tour, as described, planned to end at the ferry boarding for the Statue of Liberty, moment In which the guide was supposed to greet the group and hand over the ferry tickets. All this was disregarded. Changed tour without notification: they were taken back to the volatour office where we had to point out the lack of tickets and then we ourselves had to organize ourselves to go to the ferry boarding the next day because we were already tight on the same day with the times due to this change in organization. The hop on hop off type tourist buses are much better, they also give more information about the city and the view is definitely better than a closed bus with dirty windows!
Well organized tour. Partly by bus and partly on foot. Our guide, Laura, very knowledgeable and very dynamic, told us details and gave us information throughout the tour, without ever making us bored and with great availability she answered our questions. An experience I recommend, the four hours flew by! I would have made the tour last at least a couple more hours.
