Description
Alors que nous profitons de la vue imprenable sur la mer depuis le vignoble, vous commencerez le cours en apprenant l'histoire fascinante du pesto de Spezia. Cesarina expliquera le système traditionnel consistant à utiliser les meilleures plantes de basilic et à sélectionner avec soin des ingrédients de haute qualité pour garantir la meilleure saveur. Ensuite, vous apprendrez les deux méthodes de préparation du pesto : à l'aide d'un mortier et d'un pilon ou d'un mixeur électrique et vous recevrez des conseils pour bien conserver le pesto afin de le garder frais le plus longtemps possible. Après avoir fait du pesto, vous l'emballez pour le ramener à la maison et le déguster. Vous pourrez savourer le fruit de votre travail soit en rentrant chez vous, soit sur une falaise rocheuse surplombant la mer. Profitez d'un cours de cuisine express au pesto comprenant 1 verre de vin local de Possa en Ligurie et de l'eau.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My husband and I booked this for a morning on our honeymoon in Riomaggiore and it exceeded our expectations. Barbara and Stefano are adorable and incredible teachers. We will hands down be making pesto and salad weekly in our home. We even bought a mortar and pestle in the town to be able to make it properly! Next time we travel we will take any classes that Cesarine offers without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend!
