My favorite sound in the natural world is flowing water in a stream. This audio tour was a perfect accompaniment to this peaceful walk along the falls and the stream. I highly recommend the tour.
I had an afternoon free in Minneapolis on a beautiful fall day so I downloaded this audio tour and walked through the Minnehaha Regional Park. The tour was very informative and the narrator was clear and easy to understand. I learned a lot about Minneapolis and Native American history. The app was easy to use and I appreciated the map feature that helped keep me on the right path. I also like that I can go back another time and do the tour again.
Purchased audio self guided tour and was grateful for the extra information provided by the well narrated audio to add that much more to the visit to Minnehaha Regional Park and seeing the falls. Nice leisurely afternoon with excellent eating at the Sea Saltery at the main pavilion.
Very relaxing and informative audio tour! I would definitely recommend this! Food & bathroom available too. Very easy walk but wear sneakers.
Easy walking tour and very informative about the history! There is a cafe and restrooms. Beautiful park.
I loved that the tour guide could tell where I was, and I could go at my own pace. The historical education and easy to listen to voice were both great additions to the beautiful views. There were a number of interesting things that the guide pointed out I certainly would have missed had I just walked around on my own.
It has been about 16 years since my last visit. The absolute decay is overwhelming. How incredibly sad to see what has become of this nice city.
Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about the decay of the area and city. Your poor experience sounds like it is to do with your expectations of Minneapolis. We only offer self-guided tours, and while we ensure our tours are maintained and kept up to date, we aren't responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the sights and attractions en route. Regards, Brent Black
I went to MN and they already had snow on the ground and chilly temps so the audio tour was perfect as I still wanted to see everything in the park and get back to comfort of my hotel room. The narration is very well done. I didn't give the tour 5 stars because the wildlife image is a blank grey screen. I tried restarting app a couple of times and that one image didn't materialize
I had a four hour layover at MSP so I was looking for something I could do that was close to the airport and would allow me to get out for a bit and make it back easily. Also needed some thing that was “open “early as my flight got in at 7:15. I found this and totally enjoyed it. I did the audio tour which gave lots of information on what I was seeing rather than me just walking by myself and seeing things without knowing anything about them. It was beautiful and very informative. It was surprising that it was so close to downtown and not a ways out.
Picturesque waterfall. Beautiful park. Trees already changing colors. Beautiful flowers around. Biking and walking trails.
